Appointment Maker required

My Personal Assistant is now too busy for this so I am seeking a 'replacement' !!

We are a business immigration support specialist provideing services to immigration solicitors.

My personal assistant has been making direct appointments for me

We have a target list of solicitors and they have been slowly working through the list, finding the correct contact, speaking to them and creating appointments for me. As a fallback, speaking with the decision maker, gaining permission to send info which I then follow up with the decision maker directly

The datasheet will need updating as you work through it in our 'house style'.

We aren't after someone to make 100s of follow on calls simply speeding through a database !!

we have a system that works and im seeking a ' caller with personality' who can fit into this

I need to find someone who can make successful calls but not in a hard sales manner. They need to have a natural style which personalises the call, positions the company and positions me as the ideal person to have a call with (This approach can be explained a bit better when i find the right potential people)

This is ongoing but part time so only a few hours a week needed at first as we trial this (might just be 3 hours might just be a day)

Im looking for someone who can fit into our team or who has a team member who can work in this way and has the bubbly/friendly personality that i am after (they will need to act as my P A on the call, introducing me, telling a few things about me and why I'm a good choice/safe pair of hands)

This will start next week

I need to know you can be successful in a non-hard-sales environment and comfortable with such an approach as described briefly above.

This will be ongoing and grow

I need to know your per hour or per day rate and availability: Budget indicator is only a guide as this is permanent part time and therefore flexible. Dont price yourself out with an estimate . Budget is not total budget
