VenoScorp is a UK-based gaming computer manufacturer and retailer (veno-scorp.co.uk), an Asus partner, selling direct to customers across the UK. We use Zendesk for customer support and want to turn years of ticket history into a proper self-serve help centre, then layer an AI agent on top to cut down repetitive tickets for both customers and staff. The problem We have thousands of historic Zendesk tickets and no real knowledge base. Every recurring question (order status, warranty, RMA/returns, build specs, shipping, troubleshooting) currently gets answered from scratch by an agent instead of being deflected by self-serve content or a bot. We want that fixed. Scope of work Phase 1 — Ticket audit & Help Centre build Review our Zendesk ticket history (thousands of tickets) and identify the most common customer and internal questions, complaints, and issues. Group these into clear categories (e.g. orders & shipping, warranty & RMA, technical support/troubleshooting, product & build specs, payments & returns, account issues). Write and structure a proper Zendesk Guide help centre from scratch: sections, categories, and articles in clear, UK-English, customer-friendly language. Cover both customer-facing content and, if useful, an internal-only section for staff (macros/process docs, common resolutions). Recommend whether any content should also live outside Zendesk (e.g. an FAQ page on veno-scorp.co.uk) and set that up if agreed. Phase 2 — Zendesk AI Agent Configure a Zendesk AI Agent (using Zendesk's native AI Agents / Answer Bot tools, or an approved alternative) that: Answers common customer questions automatically using the new help centre content. Helps internal staff quickly find answers/processes for handling tickets. Escalates/hands off to a human agent when it can't resolve something. Set up the triggers, intents, and article linking needed to make this actually deflect tickets, not just sit unused. Provide brief training/handover so our team can maintain and update it going forward. Deliverables A live, organised Zendesk Help Centre covering the top recurring ticket categories. A configured, working Zendesk AI Agent connected to that content. A short written summary of the ticket themes found and what was prioritised. Basic handover notes/documentation so we can update content ourselves after handover. Requirements Proven experience with Zendesk admin, Zendesk Guide (help centre), and Zendesk AI Agents/Answer Bot — please share examples or a portfolio. Strong written English; comfortable turning messy support tickets into clear help articles. Able to work independently, review large volumes of tickets efficiently, and prioritise the highest-impact content first rather than trying to cover everything. Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house

I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. The website will showcase original artworks and a new collection of personalised lettered resin artworks, which customers can configure and purchase online. The overall appearance should be minimal, contemporary, gallery-led and highly visual, using large photographs of artworks displayed in contemporary interiors. It must work exceptionally well on both desktop and mobile. CUSTOM ARTWORK CONFIGURATOR This is the most important element of the project. Customers need to create their artwork by selecting: 1. Shopify Developer Required –Artwork Configurator

I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer/designer to create a premium contemporary website for an established artist. The website will showcase original artworks and a new collection of personalised lettered resin artworks, which customers can configure and purchase online. The overall appearance should be minimal, contemporary, gallery-led and highly visual, using large photographs of artworks displayed in contemporary interiors. It must work exceptionally well on both desktop and mobile. CUSTOM ARTWORK CONFIGURATOR This is the most important element of the project. Customers need to create their artwork by selecting: 1. Artwork Size * 400 × 400 mm * 500 × 500 mm * 600 × 600 mm Each size will have a different base price. 2. Artwork Colour Choice of predetermined colours, preferably displayed as visual colour swatches. 3. Personalised Words/Phrase Customers enter their own wording. The system must calculate an additional price per letter/character and add this automatically to the artwork price. Different artwork sizes may have different maximum character limits. 4. Frame Colour Choice of three frame colours/finishes, each potentially having a different price. DYNAMIC PRICING The price should automatically calculate: Artwork size + options + number of letters + frame = final price The customer should see the price update immediately when changing their selections. All prices/options must be easily editable through Shopify without requiring a developer. LIVE ARTWORK PREVIEW Ideally, customers should see an approximate live visual representation of their artwork while configuring it. For example, entering their phrase and changing the artwork or frame colour would update the preview. I am open to recommendations regarding whether this should be custom-developed or use an existing Shopify product personalisation/configurator app. WEBSITE DESIGN The homepage should include: * Large in-situ images of artworks in contemporary interiors * Examples of available artworks * Prominent Create Your Own Artwork section * Original artworks for sale * Artist biography/story * Social media/Instagram integration * Premium contemporary gallery presentation There will also be a section selling one-off original artworks with multiple photographs, dimensions, medium, description, price, framing and delivery information. Sold original artworks should have the option to remain displayed and be marked SOLD. SHOPIFY / E-COMMERCE The website must be fully integrated with Shopify, including: * Shopify checkout/payments * Apple Pay/Google Pay where available * UK and international sales * Delivery calculated at checkout * VAT/tax configuration * Order confirmation emails * Discount codes * Inventory management * Customer order records The customer’s complete personalised specification — wording, size, colour and frame — must be clearly recorded against their Shopify order. MOBILE The mobile experience is extremely important as much of the traffic will come from social media. The complete artwork configuration and purchasing process must be simple and intuitive on smartphones. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT The website should allow additional sizes, colours, frames, lettering styles and artwork collections to be introduced later. It should also have good foundations for Google SEO, Analytics, Meta/Facebook tracking, email marketing and abandoned-cart functionality. I need to be able to manage the website myself after launch, including adding artworks, changing prices/options, uploading photographs and editing content. DESIGN DIRECTION Minimal / contemporary / premium / gallery quality / highly visual. It should feel like a high-end contemporary art/design brand rather than a generic Shopify store.
