Website Funnel Review by a Local Customer — Japan (Native Only)

We're looking for a freelancer based in JAPAN — a native Japanese speaker currently living in Japan — to review our full website funnel from the perspective of a local customer.

BUDGET: $60–120 depending on experience and depth. Quote your price in your proposal.

This is NOT just a translation check. Our site is underperforming in the Japanese market and we want to know why, from a real local customer's point of view.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — go through the full funnel (landing page to checkout) and tell us:
- Do the translations sound natural and native, not just technically correct?
- Does anything feel strange, confusing, too "Western," or uncommon in Japan?
- Does the overall process and flow make sense for local customers?
- Would Japanese customers expect different trust badges, payment-related information, guarantees, reviews, wording, icons, or other reassurance elements?
- Are there cultural habits or preferences we may be missing?
- What should be added, removed, rewritten, or presented differently?
- Does the checkout feel trustworthy and easy to understand?
- Could any wording reduce trust or make someone hesitate before purchasing?

IMPORTANT — COMPETITOR COMPARISON:
Please also compare our funnel with local competitors or other successful Japanese websites: how they present their offer, checkout, trust elements, wording, guarantees, payment information, reviews, badges, etc. Whenever you recommend a change, explain WHY and, when possible, give real examples from local websites — e.g. "This type of badge is commonly used on Japanese websites because customers here expect to see X before purchasing." This helps us tell true cultural/local expectations apart from personal preference.

PLEASE DO NOT USE AI to perform the review or generate the feedback. We have already done extensive AI-based checks. What we are paying for now is a real human, native perspective: what feels natural to you, what you personally trust, what looks unusual, and what local websites actually do.

Bottom line — look at it as a potential customer in Japan: "Would this feel normal to me? Would I trust it? Would I buy from this website? If not, why?" Feel free to be very critical and point out even small details.

The website URL will be shared with the hired freelancer. If the work is done carefully and includes useful explanations and examples, we'll be very happy to leave an excellent review.
