Identity & Graphic Development.
Project Description We are looking for a graphic designer to professionally refine and develop an existing visual concept for Incessant Music, a UK music company. This is not a logo redesign or website redesign. The website, brand identity and core visual direction already exist. We need a designer who can understand the concept we have developed and elevate its execution rather than replace it with a new design direction. At the centre of the concept is a concentric-ring graphic derived from our existing brand mark. This graphic develops progressively across our five service areas, moving from one ring through to five rings. Each of the five services has its own distinct colour, creating a recognisable visual identity for that service while remaining part of one connected system. Ring Progression & Colour Hierarchy The system progresses from one ring for Service 1 through to five rings for Service 5. As additional rings are introduced, they should not all inherit the service colour or become equally prominent. In every service graphic, only the outermost ring carries the distinct colour assigned to that service. The preceding inner rings — whether there are one, two, three or four — should remain extremely subtle, low-visibility and largely neutral/ghosted. Their purpose is to create a sense of progression, depth and continuity between the five services, not to compete visually with the coloured outer ring. By Service 5, for example, the viewer should see one clearly defined coloured outer ring with four much more subdued rings sitting behind/within it. Visual Direction We want the ring system to have a sense of depth, dimension and atmosphere — almost suspended or floating within the space rather than simply sitting on a flat background. We are interested in the sophisticated use of light, transparency, reflection, depth and subtle environmental illumination to achieve this. The treatment should feel three-dimensional and atmospheric without becoming overly glossy or overpowering. The coloured outer ring should provide the principal visual energy, while the ghosted inner rings contribute depth and structure. The finished direction should feel premium, contemporary, atmospheric, editorial and rooted in the music industry. We are specifically not looking for a gaming, crypto, sci-fi or heavily neon aesthetic. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for brand identity, composition and sophisticated digital graphics, who is comfortable developing an established creative direction rather than starting again. References Supplied We will provide: Existing service-page concept — showing how the graphic system integrates with the website and demonstrating the 1–5 ring progression across the five services. Ring treatment reference — demonstrating the type of dimensional, translucent/glass quality we are exploring. Original Incessant Music vector brand mark (SVG) — showing the source of the concentric-ring visual language. Atmosphere / depth reference — the blue floating-object image supplied with the project. This is provided only as a reference for atmosphere, spatial depth, environmental light and the feeling of an object suspended within a space. It is not a reference for the shape or design itself. These references are intended to communicate the creative principles rather than prescribe the finished execution. We want the selected designer to bring their own professional judgement and creativity to how these qualities are achieved. What We're Looking For When responding, please include any examples of previous work demonstrating sophisticated digital graphics, brand-system development, dimensional graphic treatments or the refinement of an existing visual identity. The successful designer should be able to look at the supplied material and recognise that the objective is to elevate and professionally execute an existing concept — not replace it with an unrelated new one.

I am making an animated web series and I need someone to turn finished storyboard frames into moving shots using AI video tools. THE WORK Every scene is storyboarded shot for shot and the imagery is already final. You take those stills and the recorded dialogue, animate each shot with tools like Veo 3 or Grok, tidy the lip sync against the audio as far as the tools allow, and flag any line where the performance will not hold up so I can get it redubbed. You send the scene back to me as a draft. HOW WE WORK Everything lives in Dropbox. You pull the scene folder and drop your renders back in the same place. I cut in Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe suite, so I want clean MP4s per shot or per scene at the frame rate and resolution in the folder, with no titles or effects burnt in. THE SCALE The series runs to six or seven hours of finished content, so this is months of work and thousands of pounds over the run. It is an independent production on a tight budget and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What comes with it is a proper credit, a steady body of work and a show that is genuinely creative rather than corporate filler. THE MONEY The hourly rate on this post is a placeholder. In practice we agree a fixed budget for each piece of work once we are talking, so you always know what you are being paid for a batch before you start it. HOW IT GOES 1. A video call, so we can talk it through properly. 2. A short test: an MP4 with still frames in it, which you send back with those frames animated. 3. If that lands, we agree a price for a batch of scenes and get going. WHEN YOU APPLY, TELL ME AI animation you have done from someone else's stills, ideally with dialogue. Which tools you pay for and can use right now. How long one finished minute takes you, and your rate. How you keep a character and a look consistent across shots. I am not looking for showreel flash. I am looking for someone who can hit the board, stay consistent and turn work around steadily.

A private, physician-led clinic in London needs an experienced LinkedIn outbound specialist to book qualified discovery calls with senior professionals. You'll own prospecting (Apollo / Sales Navigator), messaging and pipeline tracking. Monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on every client who converts. Strict selection process — references and evidenced LinkedIn results are mandatory. About the client The client is a private, physician-led clinic in London. The founding doctor is GMC-registered with 30 years' experience across NHS hospital medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. The clinic runs a structured 8–12 week programme for adults with long-term conditions — pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, perimenopause and menopause — built on diagnostic testing, weekly medical review and direct access to the doctor throughout. Patient numbers are capped to protect the depth of care. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates at Stage 3. What we need The target client is a senior professional — business owner, director, partner, C-suite — who has recently had a blood result, a diagnosis or a first prescription and does not want "manage and medicate" to be the plan. They are found on LinkedIn. Responsibilities Build and maintain target lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, segmented by role, age band and trigger Write and run outbound connection and messaging sequences in the clinic's tone (plain, clinical, no hype) - Pre-qualify every prospect before a call is confirmed - Maintain a pipeline tracker: touches, replies, calls booked, conversions - Report weekly on the one number that matters — qualified calls booked - Feed back what prospects are saying to inform website and content What we are looking for: Evidenced LinkedIn outbound experience. You must show us at least one campaign you personally ran on LinkedIn for a client: the target, the sequence, the reply and booking rates, and the outcome. Screenshots or a written case study with numbers. Claims without evidence are excluded. Apollo (or equivalent) prospecting experience. Describe how you've used Apollo, Sales Navigator or similar to build and enrich lists, and how you handled deliverability and LinkedIn limits. Client references. Two clients you have delivered LinkedIn outbound for in the last three years, with contact details. We will speak to them. If references cannot be provided or do not respond, you will be removed from the process. Track record in professional services, healthcare or high-ticket B2C. Selling a £5,000–£20,000 service to a senior professional is a different job from selling software. Show us you've done something comparable. Written English at native level. You'll be writing to directors and partners in the doctor's name. Every message reflects on a clinician's reputation. Generous commission structure (uncapped) paid for each converted client We will only progress applicants who meet all of the following. Applications that don't will be rejected.

? Paranormal YouTube Show Editor Wanted We're looking for an experienced video editor to join our paranormal YouTube channel (50k Subs) and help turn our investigation footage into polished, almost TV-style paranormal episodes. Our Current Channel with it's content is https://www.youtube.com/@myhauntedproject/ - So you get a vibe for who we are, we want our episodes to take the next step This is not a traditional vlog. We want the finished content to feel like a proper paranormal documentary/investigation programme, with strong storytelling, atmosphere, tension and pacing. ? THE CONTENT Our investigations are primarily based at a 400+ year-old haunted hotel in Chester. Episodes can include: Investigation footage Interviews and conversations CCTV/evidence footage Pre-recorded commentary and narration Footage of investigators reviewing and discussing evidence Drone footage Music, sound design and graphics We'll provide the footage, relevant CCTV/evidence, commentary and the general story/direction for each episode. Scripts and storyboards may also be provided where appropriate. ? WHAT WE NEED Episodes will be approximately 20–30 minutes, initially produced fortnightly, with the intention of moving to weekly production as the channel grows. For each episode, we'd like the editor to produce: • A finished 20–30 minute YouTube episode • A promotional trailer for the episode • Short-form social ready content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts - if able to create engaging thumbnails for each episode this a bonus. The Shorts/Reels should be properly edited for social media, with strong hooks, captions, snappy pacing and appropriate vertical formatting — not simply random clips taken from the main episode. ? CREATIVE INPUT IS WELCOME We'll give you the story, direction and key material, but we're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions and assembles footage. We want an editor who can use their own creative and editorial judgement where appropriate. If you think a scene would work better structured differently, a piece of evidence should be introduced earlier, or there's a better way to build tension around a moment — tell us. In short: We'll provide the story and direction. You help us tell it in the most engaging way possible. We want someone who can eventually understand the style of the channel and make those creative decisions naturally. ? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience with paranormal content isn't essential. We're particularly interested in editors with experience in: Documentary / factual entertainment TV-style YouTube content Reality or investigative programmes True crime Story-driven YouTube channels Short-form social media Strong storytelling, pacing, audio and attention to detail are more important than simply having paranormal experience. ? LONG-TERM WORK We're looking for a long-term editing partner, rather than a one-off freelancer. There may also be additional work in the future, including video podcasts, standalone YouTube videos, promotional content and other projects. We're happy to work with editors anywhere in the world. ? PLEASE INCLUDE When applying, please send: Examples of your previous work Documentary/TV-style examples if available Examples of Shorts/Reels/TikToks Trailer examples if available Your price for the complete episode package Your typical turnaround time Your availability Whether you could accommodate weekly episodes in the future We're excited to find someone who can help us turn our footage into a proper paranormal series and grow with the project No Budget set - we do have a ceiling and would prefer to pay on a per episode package basis (Episode, Trailer, Short, Thumbnail) - We would aim to be providing around 2-3 hours of footage for a 30 minute or so episode. If you have a rough estimate on your price range, please let us know.

UI/Web Designer Wanted – 5 Stunning, Modern Radio Website Themes
We’re a UK-based company developing a website and digital platform specifically for radio stations, and we're looking for a talented web/UI designer to create five completely original, modern website themes for the platform. This project is design only – no development/coding is required. We want to create a collection of genuinely impressive website themes that radio stations can choose from and fully customise within our platform. We don't want five variations of the same template. Each theme should have its own distinctive visual identity, layout and style, while still being practical enough to work as a real radio station website. Think premium, modern, highly polished web design – strong typography, excellent use of space, creative layouts and a real "wow" factor. We particularly want to avoid designs that look like generic WordPress templates, ThemeForest themes or obvious AI-generated concepts. We'd initially like 5 complete theme concepts, covering the key pages and components a typical radio station would need, including: - Homepage - Schedule / radio shows - Presenter/show profile - News/article listing and article page - Listen Live / player experience - Contact/general content pages - Reusable content components such as CTAs, cards, grids and promotional areas - Responsive/mobile designs The themes will also need to accommodate common radio-specific content such as Now Playing, Recently Played, On Air, Schedules, Presenters, News, Events, Competitions, Listen Live, Advertising and Social Content. Our platform allows customers to customise colours, typography, imagery and content, so the designs need to work as flexible design systems rather than completely fixed websites. We're specifically looking for a designer who can bring their own creative ideas to the project. The five designs should be visibly and structurally different, rather than simply changing colours, fonts and imagery. For example, one could take a clean editorial approach, another could be bold and entertainment-led, another highly visual and contemporary, and another particularly suited to local/community broadcasting. These are examples rather than prescribed creative directions – we'd like to see what you can come up with. We'd ideally like designs supplied in Figma, including desktop and mobile layouts, reusable components, typography and colour systems, consistent spacing/grids, relevant interaction states, and any useful implementation notes for our developers. The designs will be implemented separately by our own development team. We're primarily interested in the quality of your portfolio and your ability to produce original UI design. Experience with media, entertainment, music, editorial or SaaS products would be useful, although previous radio industry experience isn't essential. When applying, please include your portfolio, 2–3 particularly relevant examples, your proposed price for the project, estimated timescale, and a short explanation of how you'd approach making the five themes genuinely distinctive. Please don't send a generic or AI generated proposal. There is potential for ongoing work designing additional themes and other parts of the platform if we find the right designer. Indicative budget: £750–£1,250 for the five-theme project. The first milestone will be the design of one complete theme, allowing us to establish the creative direction, design quality and how well the proposed design system will work within our platform. Once the first theme is approved, we'll proceed with the remaining four themes as further milestones with the same designer.
