We require a polished Excel workbook for an architecture and interior design practice to consolidate project delivery, budgets, agency activity, milestones, operations and reporting. The workbook must include an interactive dashboard summarizing total budget, forecast, actual spend, remaining budget, milestone health and agency count. Structured sheets: Project Brief, Finance, Calendar, Milestones, Operations, Agencies and an automated Agency Cost Summary that calculates budget, forecast, actuals, variance and each agency’s percentage of total.

    Do you have an existing template or a list of specific data columns you want in each of the 6 sheets?
    Do you prefer the dashboard to be formula-driven (easier for you to edit later) or VBA/Macro-driven?
    Do you have specific brand colors or a company logo to include in the dashboard?
