AI animator to bring storyboards to life for an animated series

I am making an animated web series and I need someone to turn finished storyboard frames into moving shots using AI video tools. THE WORK Every scene is storyboarded shot for shot and the imagery is already final. You take those stills and the recorded dialogue, animate each shot with tools like Veo 3 or Grok, tidy the lip sync against the audio as far as the tools allow, and flag any line where the performance will not hold up so I can get it redubbed. You send the scene back to me as a draft. HOW WE WORK Everything lives in Dropbox. You pull the scene folder and drop your renders back in the same place. I cut in Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe suite, so I want clean MP4s per shot or per scene at the frame rate and resolution in the folder, with no titles or effects burnt in. THE SCALE The series runs to six or seven hours of finished content, so this is months of work and thousands of pounds over the run. It is an independent production on a tight budget and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What comes with it is a proper credit, a steady body of work and a show that is genuinely creative rather than corporate filler. THE MONEY The hourly rate on this post is a placeholder. In practice we agree a fixed budget for each piece of work once we are talking, so you always know what you are being paid for a batch before you start it. HOW IT GOES 1. A video call, so we can talk it through properly. 2. A short test: an MP4 with still frames in it, which you send back with those frames animated. 3. UI/Web Designer Wanted – 5 Stunning, Modern Radio Website Themes

We’re a UK-based company developing a website and digital platform specifically for radio stations, and we're looking for a talented web/UI designer to create five completely original, modern website themes for the platform. This project is design only – no development/coding is required. We want to create a collection of genuinely impressive website themes that radio stations can choose from and fully customise within our platform. We don't want five variations of the same template. Each theme should have its own distinctive visual identity, layout and style, while still being practical enough to work as a real radio station website. Think premium, modern, highly polished web design – strong typography, excellent use of space, creative layouts and a real "wow" factor. We particularly want to avoid designs that look like generic WordPress templates, ThemeForest themes or obvious AI-generated concepts. We'd initially like 5 complete theme concepts, covering the key pages and components a typical radio station would need, including: - Homepage - Schedule / radio shows - Presenter/show profile - News/article listing and article page - Listen Live / player experience - Contact/general content pages - Reusable content components such as CTAs, cards, grids and promotional areas - Responsive/mobile designs The themes will also need to accommodate common radio-specific content such as Now Playing, Recently Played, On Air, Schedules, Presenters, News, Events, Competitions, Listen Live, Advertising and Social Content. Our platform allows customers to customise colours, typography, imagery and content, so the designs need to work as flexible design systems rather than completely fixed websites. We're specifically looking for a designer who can bring their own creative ideas to the project. The five designs should be visibly and structurally different, rather than simply changing colours, fonts and imagery. For example, one could take a clean editorial approach, another could be bold and entertainment-led, another highly visual and contemporary, and another particularly suited to local/community broadcasting. These are examples rather than prescribed creative directions – we'd like to see what you can come up with. We'd ideally like designs supplied in Figma, including desktop and mobile layouts, reusable components, typography and colour systems, consistent spacing/grids, relevant interaction states, and any useful implementation notes for our developers. The designs will be implemented separately by our own development team. We're primarily interested in the quality of your portfolio and your ability to produce original UI design.
