Video Editor — Editing Style & Ongoing Content Brief I’m looking for a video editor to work with on an ongoing basis, primarily creating short-form content for social media. I’ve included the Instagram page below as a reference for the editing style I’m looking for: What I particularly like about their content is the overall editing style, pacing, transitions, visual effects, colour grading, text animation, sound design, and polished feel. I’m looking for someone who can replicate that overall style as closely as possible rather than simply creating a generic “Reels/TikTok” edit. The main adaptation The one major difference is that I want to incorporate a talking-head video in the corner of the screen throughout the content. The primary footage/content would remain the focus, with my talking head appearing as a secondary element — positioned and styled in a way that feels natural within the reference editing style. I’d want the talking-head element to be integrated into the edit rather than simply looking like a webcam overlay. Things such as framing, masking, borders, shadows, movement, positioning and transitions should all feel intentional and consistent with the overall visual style. I have a completed rough first draft of an evaluation report that already contains all content & analysis and is largely structured as it should be. I have used AI to pull it together, using written material and analysis I have previously produced for this project, and have since done a second pass to refine it a bit. My normal next step would be to now go through it again and re-write it up properly and humanly - removing/with no AI writing, removing repetition across and between sections, verbosity, and generally fine-tuning the content as well as structure/flow within each sub-section. Through this process, I am aiming to reduce the word count from approximately 16,000-18,000 to approximately 10,000-12,000 I am looking for someone with writing experience to take over this final step and to ghost-rewrite this report in terms of those aspects mentioned above.
