Experience Level: Expert
I need an experienced person (Construction Lawyer?) to review a JCT contract. This is for a UK construction project. The current contract is too binding, and for example, we are not prepared to offer collateral warranties. The contrcat needs to be written to our acceptable clauses and presented to the Main Contractor.

    No, they are a Infrstructure supplier. The end user is the Power Supply Authority. Not sure waht you mean by confict of interest? In what way?

    Hi Jerry. A conflict check from my own existing clients to ensure I am not advising two parties to the JCT who usually conflict in terms of their best interests. Hope this makes sense
