I operate a single location short term rental. It is currently listed on Airbnb and VRBO. I would like to have a website designed for direct booking in addition to those two platforms. Key features: • Ease of use for guests I'd like something simple, with lots of pictures of the home and that is easily navigable by prospective guests. The fewer pages the better - Maybe a home page, a page with photos of the home and property, a page with house rules and terms maybe and then a booking page? I'm not sure the easiest design for this and will rely on your expertise and recommendations. • Booking calendar integration or communication with the other platforms Right now VRBO and Airbnb calendars are "linked" so that I can't end up with double bookings. I also have VRBO set to request only while Airbnb is set for instant booking. Guests visiting this site need to be able to see dates that are and are not available obviously.
