UK Land & Development Lead Generation System — Full Setup & Execution
We are a newly established UK land and development acquisition company. We need one experienced freelancer to build our entire lead generation system from the ground up and keep it running week to week.
This is pure execution. No branding, no SEO, no social media strategy. Just building the system and generating conversations.
The project has five stages:
Stage 1 — Social profile setup
Set up LinkedIn company page, LinkedIn personal profile, Facebook page, and Instagram. Consistent messaging across all platforms around UK land and development acquisition.
Stage 2 — Lead database
Build a targeted database of landowners, developers, promoters, and agents across Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Reading, Cambridge, London outskirts, Surrey, Winchester, St Albans, York, and Harrogate. Every record must include name, company, email, phone where available, location, type, and notes.
Stage 3 — Outreach system
Set up cold email and LinkedIn outreach with multi-step sequences designed to start conversations, not pitch hard. Simple and human in tone.
Stage 4 — CRM setup
Set up Airtable, HubSpot, or Google Sheets to track every lead. Statuses: new, contacted, replied, meeting booked. Automated follow ups so nothing gets missed.
Stage 5 — Weekly reporting
Weekly summary of leads added, contacts made, replies received, and meetings booked.
