    Hi Glenn, thanks for the detailed brief. To better understand the technical scope, could you clarify: whether you already have an existing AI meeting assistant prototype/platform or this is being built from scratch, what your target is for real-time vs post-meeting processing, and whether you already have preferences for the ASR/NLP stack (Whisper, Pyannote, OpenAI, custom transformers, etc.) or expect recommendations for the full architecture and deployment pipeline?
