I had a few WordPress issues that all seemed to happen at once, including a critical error, Elementor getting stuck and some images not loading. He got straight into it and found the plugin conflict causing the main problem.

What stood out to me was that he didn’t just make a quick change and say it was fixed. He kept me updated, tested Elementor properly, checked the images and went through the main pages before finishing. He also explained what had caused the problem without making it unnecessarily technical.

Everything I originally reported is working again, and the site is running normally.

Really straightforward experience from start to finish. I’d happily use him again for WordPress work, especially when something needs diagnosing rather than just making a visual change.
