Main responsibilities * Contact architectural practices and freelance architects by phone and email. * Introduce our company and build professional relationships. * Help our company secure invitations to tender for construction projects. * Build new relationships with architects and maintain existing ones. * Assist with communication throughout the tender process when required. Full training and all the information you need about our company and services will be provided. We are not looking for someone who simply makes a large number of calls. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, communicate professionally and achieve results. Ideal candidate * Previous experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales. * Experience working with construction companies or within the construction sector in a business development, sales or client-facing role would be an advantage, but is not essential. * Confident speaking to people on the phone and communicating professionally by email. * Professional, organised and motivated by results. What we offer * Work starting from approximately 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours over time depending on workload, results and mutual agreement. * Your working schedule will be agreed in advance. Calls and emails should be carried out during normal business hours. * Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses. * A long-term opportunity for the right person, with increasing responsibility and earning potential as we build a successful working relationship.
