Seeking an experienced ConnectWise PSA and RMM implementation specialist to configure and optimize our environment. Scope includes configuring ConnectWise PSA, creating service boards, setting up agreements and recurring billing, designing workflow rules, configuring ConnectWise RMM policies and patch management, integrating ScreenConnect and QuickBooks, and delivering comprehensive documentation and owner training. Must have prior MSP experience and demonstrate previous ConnectWise implementations. Provide examples of completed ConnectWise environments and outcomes.
