Build a verified list of 300 UK B2B companies
I need a meticulous researcher to build a verified list of 300 UK B2B companies for a supplier-sourcing project. This is precision research against a written specification — quality matters far more than speed. A complete step-by-step guide exists for this project: the sectors to cover with exact targets for each, recommended sources and a checklist. The thinking is done — the job is careful execution. The guide is shared only with the freelancer I select. In brief: every company must pass a short set of verification checks every entry needs a defined set of data fields plus proof links, and certain types of company are automatically rejected under our screening rules. Full details are in the guide. Quality control: entries are audited at random against their proof links. Entries that fail will be questioned further. Scraped or AI-generated lists will not pass audit. PRICING: $300 fixed for the full 300 companies, released in stages — a small paid trial batch first, then the remainder as each stage passes audit. TO APPLY: start your proposal with the word LEDGER and briefly describe a similar list-building project you've completed.

Comic/Graphic Novel Artist — Kickstarter Sample Pages
Please do not use AI to respond to me without acknowledging it. Do tell me with you intend to use AI to work on this project. Please so not send a portfolio of commercial brochures and data flow diagrams. That covered, main event. I'm looking for a comic/sequential artist to produce a set of sample pages and character reference sheets for a Kickstarter campaign. If the campaign funds (which is the intention and the plan) this becomes the start of an ongoing commission to illustrate a complete graphic novel (approx. 70–100 pages), with you as the artist throughout. This is the important part: I am looking for a reliable long-term collaborator (I've been burned before), not a one-off gig. The Kickstarter package is a paid trial for both of us (I expect no freebies). If it goes well and the campaign funds, there is a substantial, properly paid body of work to follow: full-page-rate, staged payments, clear deadlines. Please only apply if you can commit to ongoing availability over several months if this progresses. Flakiness at the sample stage is the main thing that would rule someone out of the full work. The story A decades-spanning graphic novella (working title: Get In, Get Up, Get Out) about two men — one white, one Black, both drawn as genuinely desirable in their own distinct registers whose relationship begins with a paid encounter and becomes a lifelong, unlabelled attachment. Told in short, mostly-dialogue vignettes across roughly 35–45 years, from a hotel room in the late 1980s to old age. It is frank, (probably) funny, emotionally restrained, and set in London. Art style Naturalistic. Real anatomy, real light, real ageing. Not stylised, not cartoon, not manga. Faces need to hold likeness across dozens of pages and communicate a lot with very little (a look, a held silence, a hand). If your portfolio is mostly stylised or cartoon work, this probably isn't the right fit. However, if you're not sure, ask. Content and themes — please read before applying The story is adult in subject matter but not sexually explicit — nothing sexual is ever depicted on the page; everything happens in the gutter between panels. That said, the themes include: ** Sex work (male escorting) as the origin of the central relationship ** A gay/bi relationship between two adult men, spanning decades ** An interracial relationship, handled without the story ever making race the subject of dialogue ** A lot of swearing ** Ageing bodies, injury, and mortality (the story ends with both men elderly) ** Class and money as a recurring, sometimes uncomfortable thread Please only apply if you're genuinely comfortable illustrating all of the above. I'd rather find that out now, at the sample stage, than four pages into the full book. No judgement either way — just be honest about it in your application. What's needed for this initial package (please see the Artists Brief attachment) ** Character reference sheets for both leads (front/three-quarter/profile, plus hand studies at different ages) ** An "ageing chart" showing both characters at several life stages, same pose, tracked side by side ** 1 fully finished, lettered sample pages ** A cover concept What I need from you ** Examples of sequential work — several consecutive panels/pages, not just single illustrations showing you can hold a likeness and stage two people talking in a room ** Your day rate or per-page rate ** Confirmation you've read the content note above and are comfortable with it ** Availability over the next few months, and realistically beyond if the campaign funds ** A willingness to meet in person (if in London) or to video conference if not. I like to see who I'm collaborating with and hear their voice Process I'll be paying for a short test pages at full rate before any commitment either side, so you can see the material and I can see the fit. No unpaid samples requested or expected. If I get the Kickstarter funded you'll get your full rate. Happy to answer questions before you apply.

Bespoke Online Booking System for External Assessors
OVERVIEW We're a care home group with 8 homes. We need a simple, self-service web booking tool for external assessors (DoLS Best Interests Assessors, CHC assessors, FNC reviewers, IMCAs, and others) to book their own visit slots to assess a resident. Currently done manually by phone/email — slow and time consuming. We want this replaced with a lightweight tool. WHO USES IT External assessors (primary users) — book their own slot, no account hassle. Our central Assessments and Contracts team (oversees all 8 homes) — configures settings and sees all bookings. CORE FEATURES Public booking page(s) — one per home or a single page with a home selector. Assessment type selection (DoLS, CHC, FNC Review, DST, IMCA, Best Interests Meeting, "Other" free text) — expandable later. Live availability & direct booking — no manual approval needed for MVP. Configurable minimum notice period per assessment type — e.g. DoLS bookable next day, CHC needs 2 weeks minimum, others TBC. Must be adjustable by our Assessments and Contracts team via a settings screen, not hardcoded. Outlook Calendar integration (Microsoft Graph API) — bookings sync with real per-home calendars and auto-create events. Automatic confirmation/reminder emails to assessor and home contact on booking, change, or cancellation. Microsoft Teams integration — auto-generate a Teams link for remote/hybrid visits. Booking form fields: assessor name/organisation/email/phone; resident's name; resident's DOB or NHS number; assessment type; "will staff time be required?" (Y/N); "will medical records be required?" (Y/N); "has NOK been notified?" (Y/N); free-text notes. Self-service reschedule/cancel via link in confirmation email. Central dashboard for the Assessments and Contracts team — view bookings across all homes, manage notice-period settings. NICE-TO-HAVES (not required for MVP) Per-home blackout dates; CSV/Excel export; SMS reminders. TECHNICAL PREFERENCES Must integrate with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Teams) via Graph API or equivalent — no third-party calendar system. Freelancer's choice of platform/stack, as long as it integrates well with M365 and is easy for us to maintain (please explain your approach, e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate vs custom web app). Mobile-friendly, since assessors will often book from their phone. DATA PROTECTION Resident DOB/NHS number plus assessment type counts as special category health data under UK GDPR. Please address in your proposal: hosting/encryption (at rest & in transit); who can view resident-identifying records; retention/auto-purge policy; relevant experience with health-adjacent data in a UK/CQC-regulated context. No full medical records/care notes should be stored in the tool. DELIVERABLES Working system live across all 8 homes, link shareable with assessors. Outlook sync + Teams link generation, tested. Short (1-2 page) admin guide for the Assessments and Contracts team. Handover of admin credentials/access. BUDGET & TIMELINE Under £500 (MVP scope). A few weeks. Open to a phased approach — core booking + calendar sync first, nice-to-haves later if budget allows. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Proposed tech approach and why it suits Microsoft 365; relevant experience with booking systems/Graph API/Outlook/Teams integrations; rough timeline and milestones; assumptions/questions given the budget.

Graphic Designer Needed for Hotel Launch Flyer / Mini Brochure
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a high-quality flyer or mini brochure for the launch of Sefton Place, a new boutique aparthotel, retreat venue and event space near Arundel, West Sussex. This is initially a relatively small and time-sensitive project, as the finished materials will be used at launch events taking place at the beginning of September 2026. However, our wider aim is to build an ongoing relationship with a designer who can support us with a complete suite of branded print and marketing materials following the launch. ### About Sefton Place Sefton Place is a restored Victorian property set within approximately one acre of grounds in the South Downs National Park, close to the historic town of Arundel. The property is being transformed into a wellness-led boutique destination featuring: * 15 individually designed guest studios and rooms * A separate five-bedroom house * A flexible event, meeting and wellness studio * Landscaped grounds, a wildlife pond, wildflower meadow and outdoor yoga and stargazing areas * Space for private events, retreats, workshops, corporate gatherings and group stays The brand combines heritage character with a contemporary, design-led and nature-focused feel. We already have an established logo, colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines, which will be supplied to the successful freelancer. ### Initial Project We require a professionally designed flyer or mini brochure that can be printed and distributed at our launch events. The document should provide an attractive overview of our events space and communicate the different ways the venue can be used, including: * Wellness retreats * Private events and celebrations * Corporate meetings and away days * Workshops, classes and creative events The design will need to feel consistent with the Sefton Place brand and should be elegant, premium, welcoming and visually engaging. Copy will be provided. ### Deliverables We anticipate the initial deliverables will include: * One print-ready flyer or mini brochure * Suitable versions for professional printing and digital sharing * Editable source files * Reasonable revisions following our initial feedback We are open to recommendations on the most appropriate format, page count, size and fold style. ### Longer-Term Opportunity Following the launch and completion of our professional photography, we plan to create a full suite of branded marketing materials. This may include: * Accommodation brochures * Venue hire brochures * Retreat and event packs * Wedding and private event materials * Corporate meeting packs * Flyers and promotional cards * Signage and guest information materials * Social media and digital campaign assets We would therefore particularly like to hear from designers who are interested in becoming a longer-term creative partner. ### Who We Are Looking For The ideal freelancer will have: * Strong experience designing premium brochures, flyers or hospitality marketing materials * An excellent understanding of typography, layout and print design * The ability to work within an existing brand identity * Experience preparing artwork for professional printing * A portfolio demonstrating elegant, contemporary and design-led work * Good communication and the ability to work to a relatively tight deadline Experience working with boutique hotels, hospitality brands, venues, property businesses, wellness brands or lifestyle businesses would be particularly valuable. ### Timescale We would like to appoint a designer as soon as possible, with the final print-ready artwork required comfortably ahead of our launch events at the beginning of September 2026. When submitting your proposal, please include: * Relevant examples from your portfolio * Your proposed approach * An estimated turnaround time * Your fee for the initial project * Details of the source files and formats that will be supplied We are excited to find a designer who can help bring the Sefton Place brand to life across both this initial launch material and our wider future marketing collateral.

Hello, We are seeking a senior-level digital agency, a structured team, or an expert Full-Stack Product Creator to handle the complete end-to-end overhaul (UI/UX Design in Figma + Custom WordPress Development) for our corporate employee benefits and insurance agency platform. The current website is text-heavy and lacks interactive features. The goal is to build a sleek, high-converting, and modern enterprise platform from scratch. PHASE 1: UI/UX DESIGN REQUIREMENTS User Path Segmentation: The design must instantly segment three distinct audiences on the homepage: Employers/HR Managers, Insurance Brokers, and End Employees. Key Layouts Needed: A premium segmented Homepage (with onboarding pipeline timelines and custom dashboard mockups), a detailed Services/Tech showcase, and a high-trust Lead-Gen/Demo booking funnel. Design System: Deliver a highly disciplined Figma project using a rigid Layout Grid System (12-column desktop @ 1440px / 4-column mobile @ 375px) and a complete corporate UI Kit (exact typography scales, interactive states, organized naming conventions). PHASE 2: NATIVE WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT Strict Code Architecture: Clean custom theme build utilizing native Gutenberg blocks combined with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro). Zero Page Builders Policy: Absolute ban on heavy infrastructure like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. All elements must be rendered using lightweight, custom HTML/PHP. We have attached a detailed 3-page Technical Specification PDF below. Please analyze it carefully before bidding. Generic or automated boilerplate proposals will be archived instantly. Thank you!
17 days ago90 proposalsRemoteDeveloper to test & harden a local-first automation CLI (paid)
We're looking for a developer (ideally a few) to help test and improve RailCall, a local-first, developer-grade automation tool. This is real paid work, broken into small fixed-price tasks. Start with one; if it's a good fit, there's a steady stream of more. About the tool (so you can scope your proposal accurately): RailCall runs on your own machine. You describe an automation in plain English and it builds a real, governed workflow that runs locally - not in a vendor cloud. Nothing executes until you approve it (dry-run by default), and every run is sealed with a signed receipt you can verify offline. Keys, data and logs stay on your machine. There's a free tier (500 flows/month, no card) so you can install and start straight away. - Site: https://railcall.ai - Docs: https://railcall.ai/docs.html - Install (macOS/Linux): curl -fsSL https://railcall.ai/install.sh | bash - then run: railcall studio The tasks we're paying for (fixed price, per accepted deliverable): 1. A reproducible bug report or actionable feedback - approx £8 each. Accepted when we can reproduce the issue from your write-up (clear steps, expected vs actual, environment) or directly act on the feedback. 2. A shipped fix, or a genuinely useful workflow you've built - approx £20 each. Accepted when the fix is verified working, or the workflow runs and you supply its signed receipt (via "railcall verify"). 3. A standout build, a written how-to guide, or a short demo video - approx £40 each. Accepted when it's clear, accurate, and something we'd be happy to share with other developers. Every milestone is agreed, awarded and paid through PeoplePerHour. These are paid tasks - not spec work, not a free contest. What we're after: - Comfortable on the command line, with git, and installing a CLI on macOS or Linux - Can write a clear, reproducible report (steps, expected vs actual, environment) - Bonus: experience with MCP, agent tooling, or workflow automation How to propose: Send a proposal here on PeoplePerHour. Tell us which task you'd like to start with, a rough delivery timeline, and anything relevant you've built before. We agree the milestone, award it, and release payment on delivery through PPH. Reliable contributors will be first in line for more of the same work - this is ongoing, and the longer-term arrangement is still taking shape, so no promises beyond the paid tasks named above.

The project will include * Following our existing magazine templates and visual style * Professionally laying out all supplied content * Formatting business names, stories, services, images and contact details * Creating consistency across all pages * Improving spacing, alignment, typography and overall presentation * Lightly refining supplied copy where needed * Designing the contents, introduction and closing pages in line with the existing style * Preparing individual feature mock-ups for approval * Making agreed revisions * Supplying a digital PDF * Supplying a print-ready PDF with correct bleed, margins and image resolution * Providing the editable source file at completion What I will provide * Existing magazine design templates * Mum Mode logo, fonts and brand colours * Business information and written content * Logos, photographs and contact details * Clear examples of how each feature type should look * Guidance on the page order and overall structure Ideal freelancer You should have experience in: * Magazine, brochure or editorial layout design * Adobe InDesign, Canva Pro or similar software * Working accurately from existing templates * Preparing files for professional printing * Managing multi-page publications * Creating clean, polished and consistent layouts * Proofreading and spotting formatting errors Experience with parenting, wellness, lifestyle or business publications would be beneficial. Project Overview & Objective We are launching an automated lead acquisition and qualification engine for a pre-owned vehicle operation in South Africa. Our goal is to achieve 30 completed vehicle sales per month. To support this volume, we need an end-to-end automated workflow that captures inbound vehicle inquiries (buyers and sellers), enriches and validates lead data, scores intent using AI, and routes qualified leads into an automated outreach and CRM pipeline. We are seeking an experienced Make.com & AI Automation Specialist to architect, build, test, and deploy this complete system. 2. Scope of Work Phase 1: Lead Capture & Web Scraping Set up automated web and social scraping workflows (using tools like Browse AI, Apify, or Meta Lead Ads API) to extract incoming vehicle buyer and seller leads. Capture inbound submissions from web forms, landing pages, and external vehicle listing platforms. Phase 3: Automated Personalization & Outreach Set up instant multi-channel response triggers (Email / WhatsApp API / SMS) ensuring speed-to-lead response times under 2 minutes. Generate contextual AI-personalized messaging based on specific vehicle models, buyer requests, or seller submissions. Connect scored leads to email/outreach platforms (e.g., Instantly.ai or automated messaging sequences). 2 days ago29 proposalsRemoteFull-Stack Developer for Business Operations
Summary Project Overview We are a manufacturing company with our own delivery fleet, supplying our products to customers across the island. We are looking for an experienced developer (or small team) who can analyze our existing workflow and build a modern solution to automate and simplify our operations. Our Current Workflow 1. Customers place their orders via WhatsApp, usually one day before delivery. 2. A staff member manually copies every order from WhatsApp onto paper. 3. Orders are grouped by delivery region. 4. The processing department receives the handwritten orders and prepares the products for each region. 5. Once processing is completed, invoices are manually created. 6. All invoices are written and handed to the drivers before deliveries. 7. At the end of the day, drivers return with payments collected from customers. 8. Payments (cash, cheque, or bank transfer) are then manually reconciled. Product Pricing & Weight Calculation We deal primarily in fresh chicken products, and our pricing is based on net weight (kg). However, customers may place their orders either by pieces (pcs) or kilograms (kg), depending on their preference. Each customer may also have their own negotiated pricing, so the system must support customer-specific price lists. During processing, the products are packed into crates before dispatch. Each crate has a different tare weight (typically 1 kg, 1.9 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, or 4 kg). For example, if a customer orders 50 pieces of chicken, the order may be packed into 6 or 7 crates with varying tare weights. The processing staff records the gross weight and the tare weight of the crates, and the system must automatically calculate the net product weight (Gross Weight − Total Tare Weight). The customer is then invoiced based on the net weight, using their agreed price per kilogram. Order Complexity We currently manufacture and sell approximately 50 different chicken products. The system must support customers ordering any combination of these products in a single order. As our business grows, the solution should efficiently handle large multi-line orders while ensuring accurate order processing, production planning, invoicing, and delivery. The application should remain fast, reliable, and easy to use even when processing complex orders with many different product lines. Delivery Adjustments & Exceptions As we deal with fresh chicken products, the invoiced quantities may occasionally need to be adjusted during delivery. Some customers choose to verify the weight of the products upon receipt. If the measured weight is lower than the invoiced net weight, the driver contacts the office and the invoice must be adjusted so that the customer is charged only for the weight actually received. If the delivered weight is higher than the invoiced weight, no adjustment is required. In addition, there are occasions where a driver may inadvertently leave one or more items at the factory. In such cases, the driver contacts the office from the customer's location, and the missing items must be removed from the invoice so that the customer is billed only for the products that were successfully delivered. The system should make these delivery-time adjustments simple, fully traceable, and synchronized with the final invoice and payment records. Our workflow involves many real-world operational exceptions that cannot always be anticipated. We are looking for a developer who can design a flexible system capable of handling these scenarios without requiring manual workarounds or software changes each time a new business rule arises. While this process works, it requires a significant amount of manual work, duplicate data entry, printed paperwork, and repetitive administrative tasks. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can study our workflow, understand our business processes, and propose a modern, scalable solution. We are open to suggestions if there are better ways to improve our operations.

SEO, AI Search & Website Audit (WordPress)
# Technical SEO & AI Search Audit ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced SEO consultant to carry out a comprehensive audit of my WordPress website. This is **not** a request for a generic automated SEO report. I want an experienced professional to identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve rankings, AI search visibility and, most importantly, qualified lead generation. The website belongs to an established UK ecommerce fulfilment company and has recently undergone a significant SEO expansion, including new commercial landing pages, industry pages and supporting content to build topical authority. Google Search Console shows rankings have generally improved over the past 12 months, but enquiries have slowed slightly. I would like an independent assessment of whether there are any technical, structural or strategic issues preventing further growth. ## Scope of Work Please review: ### Technical SEO * Crawlability & indexation * XML sitemap & robots.txt * Canonicals & redirects * Duplicate content * Broken links * URL structure * Core Web Vitals & page speed * Mobile usability * Schema * JavaScript rendering * Image optimisation * Any technical issues affecting rankings ### Website Structure * Information architecture * Internal linking * Topic clusters & silos * Navigation * Keyword cannibalisation ### Content Identify: * Thin or weak pages * Content gaps * Duplicate topics * Opportunities to consolidate or expand content I do **not** want pages rewritten - I want to know what should be improved and why. ### Competitor Analysis Compare against leading UK fulfilment companies and identify: * Keyword opportunities * Content gaps * Authority gaps * Competitive advantages we are missing ### Commercial SEO Assess how well the website targets high-intent searches such as Shopify Fulfilment, Ecommerce Fulfilment, Fashion Fulfilment, Omnichannel Fulfilment and other commercially valuable terms. ### AI Search Please assess how well the website is positioned for: * Google AI Overviews * ChatGPT Search * Perplexity * Claude * Gemini * Bing Copilot Review: * Topical authority * Entity optimisation * Semantic coverage * EEAT * Structured data * Internal linking * Brand authority * Opportunities to become a trusted AI citation ### Conversion Optimisation Review the site from a potential customer's perspective and identify opportunities to improve: * Calls to action * Trust signals * User journey * Contact forms * Commercial messaging * Overall conversion rate ## Deliverables Please provide: * Executive summary * Prioritised recommendations * Expected business impact * Estimated implementation difficulty * Quick wins Please categorise recommendations as: * High Impact / Low Effort * High Impact / High Effort * Low Impact / Low Effort * Low Impact / High Effort Finally, if this were **your own business**, what are the **five improvements** you would make first, and why? ## Important I am **not** looking for generic advice such as "write more blogs", "add keywords" or "build backlinks". Recommendations should be specific, evidence-based and prioritised according to business impact. Please do not use AI to generate your report. I am paying for your expertise, experience and judgement. ## Future Work There may be additional work available to implement the agreed recommendations following the audit. ## To Apply Please include: * Similar SEO audits you have completed * Your WordPress experience * Ecommerce/B2B SEO experience * Experience with AI Search / GEO * Tools used (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC etc.) * Fixed price and timescale Please do not send a generic proposal. I'm looking for an experienced consultant who can provide practical, strategic recommendations that will generate more qualified enquiries.

Summary Project Summary: I want to develop a FinTech web application that allows users to invest in fractional shares of luxury cars. The platform features a user-friendly interface for browsing and purchasing shares, with secure payment processing and real-time market updates. Project Overview: The platform features two core investment mechanics. 1. TurboYield (Car Fractionalization): Users purchase fractional shares of a car to earn passive monthly income derived from rental revenue distributions. Example: A Porsche car is valued at ₹1 Crore. Total Shares Issued: 10,000. Price per share: ₹1,000. Car earns ₹5 lakh net revenue after expenses. Monthly Rental yield = 500000 ÷ 10000 shares = 50/share. 2. TurboFlip (Car Buy & Sell): Users pool capital to purchase a vehicle, which is then resold at a premium, returning the principal and profits back to investors. Example: A Mercedes G wagon is available at 1.5 crore. 150 Investors pool in money. (1 lakh each.) Car is purchased Car is re-sold at 20% premium (i.e. 1.8 crore net revenue after expenses) Payout to each Investor = 1.8 crore ÷ 150 = 1,20,000. Platform: Web-based app (optimized for desktop and mobile) OR Native Mobile Apps for iOS and Android. Preferred Tech Stack: Frontend & Mobile: Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native to deploy seamlessly to Web, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go for scalable backend API development. Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB to safely manage transactional data, user accounts, and fractional investments Cloud & Infra: AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase for secure hosting and scaling. Core Features & Technical Scope: 1. User Authentication & Onboarding • OTP-based signup and login via Mobile (SMS/WhatsApp) and Email • KYC compliance system (PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Account verification) 2. Investor Dashboard / Members Area • Dashboard – invested amount, current value, total earned, shares owned • Cars (TurboYield) – shows a list of cars that users can buy shares of. When clicked, it opens vehicle details page, where users can select # of shares they wish to buy. • Cars (TurboFlip) – shows a list of cars that users can invest money. • Marketplace (p2p Exchange) – Users can sell their shares here. They can also buy shares listed by other users. • Rewards – e.g. users who own 10 shares get a chance to win an iPhone every quarter. They can choose their own 6-digit number and enter the draw. • Refer & earn – Users can refer others to sign-up and get paid a commission. • Wallet – Members can top-up their account here. Also, payouts from admin are credited to the wallet. They can withdraw to their bank account from here. • Profile – Members profile, KYC details etc. 3. Centralized Admin Console • Overview – shows metrics like total users, # of investors, invested amount etc. • Users – list of users and management. • KYC – pending KYC approvals are reviewed by admin here. • Manage Cars (TurboYield and TurboFlip)– add and manage cars • Payouts – calculate and manage monthly payouts or profit distribution. • Manual Payments – Review UPI / bank transfer submissions and approve • Withdrawals – Approve bank withdrawal requests • Settings – payment and general settings • Rewards & Draw – choose winners for iPhone draw 4. Backend Logic & Automation • Execution of a daily automated backend job (cron job) to calculate dynamic share pricing using revenue metrics. NOTE: I have a 3-page highly detailed technical specifications document with formula metrics and prototype links that I will share under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) once we pass the initial screening.

We are looking for a sharp, conversion-focused email copywriter to help us write and optimize email campaigns for a large list of warm inbound creator leads. We currently have a database of 6,000+ people who have already shown interest in working with us, asking questions, getting started, or learning how to grow their online presence. A small percentage are already established creators who may be a fit for higher-level partnership conversations. This is not a generic newsletter role. We need someone who understands persuasive email copy, follow-up sequences, objection handling, and how to turn warm leads into replies, calls, and qualified opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing -You will help create and improve email campaigns that: -Re-engage old warm leads -Turn curious leads into booked calls -Educate new creators on how we can help them grow -Follow up with people who showed interest but never took action -Segment messaging based on lead quality and intent -Improve reply rates, booked-call rates, and overall conversion -Initial Paid Test Project For the first project, we will provide background on the offer, lead types, and current messaging. Your task will be to create: -1 main reactivation email -1 short follow-up email -1 objection-handling follow-up -1 higher-intent email for more established creators Suggested subject lines for each email A short explanation of your strategy behind the sequence If the test goes well, this can turn into an ongoing role where you help write, test, and optimize multiple email sequences across the full lead database. Who We’re Looking For The ideal person has experience with: -Email copywriting -Direct-response copy -Creator economy, influencer, coaching, agency, SaaS, or online business offers -Warm lead reactivation campaigns -Appointment-setting email funnels -High-ticket or partnership-based offers -Writing emails that sound human, not robotic or overly corporate -Improving campaigns based on reply rate and booked-call data -You do not need to be a designer. This is primarily a copywriting and strategy role. Important: We Care About Results We are not looking for pretty writing only. We want someone who understands conversion. You should be able to think through: -Why someone would reply -Why someone would ignore the email -What objections they may have -What angle makes the offer feel relevant -How to make the message feel personal without sounding fake -How to create curiosity without overpromising Compensation Structure This role starts with a paid fixed-price test project. For ongoing work, compensation may include: -Base pay per email sequence or campaign -Performance bonuses for campaigns that generate qualified replies, booked calls, or successful partnerships -Long-term monthly work for someone who proves they can consistently improve results -Strong performers can earn significantly more over time as we scale campaigns. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term partnership, not just complete a one-time project. This role will start with a paid starter project and performance-based bonuses so we can make sure it is a strong fit on both sides. If the partnership goes well and you are consistently producing results, we are open to adding a more stable base compensation structure after 3–6 months of successful work, while still keeping performance bonuses in place. Our goal is to work with people who are hungry, reliable, and results-driven. If you perform well, communicate clearly, and help generate real opportunities, there is room to grow with us long term. Please include: -Examples of email campaigns, outreach copy, or direct-response copy you’ve written -Your experience with warm lead reactivation or appointment-setting campaigns -A short explanation of how you would approach a 6,000-person warm lead list Any results you’ve helped generate, such as reply rates, booked calls, sales calls, conversions, or revenue Please do not send a generic AI-written proposal. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, write clearly, and improve based on real campaign performance. Best Fit This is a great fit for someone who enjoys performance-based copywriting and wants a long-term opportunity with upside based on results.
