 Contract: Freelance / Independent Contractor About the Role This role supports the Operations Manager by maintaining operational systems, trackers and administrative processes to ensure Integrated Treatment Services (ITS) runs efficiently and compliantly. ITS is a UK Speech and Language Therapy service working with schools, therapists and families nationwide. We are seeking a highly organised administrator to support day-to-day operations. The role focuses on maintaining systems, monitoring processes and coordinating administrative tasks rather than making operational or clinical decisions. Applicants must be UK based. Hours of Work • Approximately 2–3 hours per day (35–40 hours per month)
• Availability required for approx. 1 hour morning and 1 hour afternoon

Hi, I’m looking for a skilled, long-term video editor to join my new and growing personal finance YouTube channel (currently 3,000 subscribers). Videos are typically 8–12 minutes long, and I aim to publish at least two videos per month. Raw footage: ~90 minutes per episode Finished length: roughly the same - light editing, not heavy cut-downs Reference feel: Steven Bartlett / Diary of a CEO for production quality, but I want a distinct visual identity for my show which you'll take the lead on Per episode you'll deliver: (1) Full YouTube edit (~90 min) - cuts, b-roll, captions, chapter markers, cleaned audio, colour-corrected (2) Audio master for Spotify/Apple - levelled and cleaned (3) Four vertical shorts (captioned, hook-led, 30–60 sec) (4) Show notes with timestamps (5) Thumbnail - only if you're genuinely capable of design work.
