Mobile App Foundation Build: Flutter or React Native

I’m building a mobile platform for a specific industry vertical and need an experienced developer to build the foundational architecture it will run on. This is phase one of a larger, well-documented build, a full specification is available and will be shared with the successful candidate. The foundation covers: - User authentication and account creation - A multi-tenant data layer with strict isolation between accounts, enforced at the data layer, not just the interface - An offline-first sync skeleton: the app must work fully for data entry while offline, queuing actions locally and syncing once connectivity returns - An append-only event log as the core data model, every action recorded as an immutable event rather than overwriting existing records - A finance module (income, expenses, customers, suppliers, debtors, creditors, cash flow) and a staff/HR module (staff records, performance, salary), both built as reusable capabilities available to every part of the app, not tied to one feature - Two initial screens built on top of the above, to prove the foundation holds real functionality, not just plumbing This phase does not include: UI/UX design (a separate design pass is planned later), any operation-specific features beyond the two initial screens, or third-party integrations. ’m looking for a point-cloud/BIM specialist to help resolve a file compatibility issue between a Matterport Pro3 E57 point cloud and Archicad 28. Project background I scanned an approximately 100–120 m² furnished apartment using a Matterport Pro3 at Medium Density. The scan consists of approximately 56 scan positions and was captured for an interior designer who needs a sufficiently detailed point cloud to model the existing property in Archicad 28. Matterport generated an E57 point cloud of approximately 6.54 GB. The problem • The original Matterport E57 opens successfully in CloudCompare and contains the required level of detail. • Archicad 28 rejects the original E57 as invalid. • Matterport's MatterPak also provides a cloud.xyz file. This imports correctly into Archicad 28, but the client has confirmed that the point cloud is too sparse for the required interior-design work. • We have already tried opening the high-density E57 in CloudCompare and exporting/converting it to XYZ. The resulting XYZ imports into Archicad, but strange circular artefacts appear in the point cloud. Required outcome I need the original Matterport E57 processed into a clean, high-density XYZ point cloud that imports correctly into Archicad 28, without the circular artefacts, while retaining substantially more point-cloud detail than Matterport's standard MatterPak cloud.xyz. I am NOT currently looking for a BIM model or CAD model. The required deliverable is the processed point cloud. Ideally, I would like the successful freelancer to: Review the original Matterport E57 and existing XYZ examples. Identify the cause of the artefacts/compatibility problem. Produce a small test/sample XYZ first for validation in Archicad 28. Once the sample is confirmed, process the complete apartment. Briefly explain the processing workflow used, as I regularly capture Matterport Pro3 data and may have similar projects in future. I can provide the original Matterport E57, the original MatterPak XYZ that imports correctly, screenshots of the Archicad error/artefacts, and other Matterport project files if required. Please only apply if you have genuine experience processing E57/XYZ point clouds. Experience with Matterport Pro3 data, CloudCompare and/or Archicad is particularly relevant. I’m looking for an experienced telesales professional who is able to offer part time hours each week to contact businesses who may be interested in our warehousing & distribution services. The role will be to call businesses, introduce our company and to identify any warehousing and/or distribution requirements that the company may have. Book virtual meeting for me to have with the prospect, this can be booked using my calendly, so can be done whilst on call so as to not lose opportunity. 2.
