Linnworks/Shopify Specialist-Catalogue Completion & Integration

We are Cybist, a UK supplier of refurbished computers, workstations and audio visual equipment. Historically, we have sold primarily through Amazon and are now completing our Shopify catalogue.

Our recent Amazon export contained approximately 1,080 active seller SKUs. Substantial product information already exists in Linnworks, but its completeness and consistency vary.

An earlier assessment identified approximately 450 SKUs requiring attention for Shopify. Following substantial work, the latest provisional reconciliation identifies 167 active Amazon SKUs without an exact published Shopify match. This includes drafts, archived products and possible alternative SKU mappings—not necessarily 167 new product pages. Some transferred listings also have incomplete or unsuitable image galleries.

We require a highly experienced freelancer or agency to take ownership of the remaining work and carry it through to verified completion.

Project scope
Establish Linnworks as the authoritative source for product descriptions, specifications, condition/grade information and approved image galleries.

Reconcile active Amazon offers, Linnworks records and Shopify variants, identifying genuine omissions, duplicates and mapping discrepancies.

Complete or correct the relevant Shopify listings, preserving existing valid content, images and URLs wherever possible.

Check condition accuracy carefully: refurbished/renewed products must not be incorrectly presented as new.

Review images for completeness, professionalism and correct model identification.

Verify SKU/channel mappings, stock-source settings, inventory tracking and overselling controls, including relevant Amazon FBA stock.

Demonstrate that genuine Linnworks stock updates reach the correct Shopify variants and that customer-facing availability is accurate.

Delivery and acceptance
We propose four agreed stages:

Audit: confirmed scope, discrepancy list and prioritised completion plan.

Master data: corrected and completed Linnworks content and galleries.

Shopify completion: missing listings/variants added and existing issues corrected.

Verification and handover: documented stock-sync checks, live storefront checks and a clear maintenance procedure.

Please distinguish verified results from assumptions and report any unresolved exceptions. Changes must be controlled and recoverable, with no wholesale deletion or rebuilding without approval.
