I’m looking for a UK-based content creator/videographer to create a high-quality silent ASMR video for a clothing product. This is not talking UGC and there will be no face-to-camera content. The focus should be entirely on the garment: very close-up shots of the hands slowly interacting with the hoodie and highlighting its construction, textures and intricate design lines. What I’m looking for The video should include things such as: Fingers slowly tracing the detailed lines and construction of the hoodie Close-ups of seams, stitching and different panels Hands running over the fabric Pinching, folding and lightly manipulating the material Close-ups showing the weight and texture of the garment Slow movement around the hood, sleeves, ribbing and other details Natural fabric sounds captured clearly The overall feeling should be calm, tactile, satisfying and extremely detailed. 6 days ago7 proposalsRemoteWebsie Visual redesign
We are looking for a talented UI / visual web designer with strong art direction skills to create a new visual direction for an established B2B company operating in the field of sensory marketing and customer experience. The company provides solutions that help brands create engaging and memorable customer experiences in physical commercial spaces. Its offering combines sensory marketing, digital media, content and technology. What we need This is a visual design project, not a development project. We want to substantially redesign the visual presentation of the existing website and create a more modern, distinctive and premium digital presence. The scope includes: • overall visual direction and art direction • homepage and hero section • visual presentation of services and solutions • original graphics, illustrations or other visual concepts • iconography • typography and colour system • UI components and section layouts • presentation of projects / case studies • concepts for animation or motion where they add value • desktop and mobile layouts • organised final design files in Figma The website should communicate sensory marketing as an integrated approach to building customer and brand experiences. We specifically do not want the website structure or visual concept to be organised around individual human senses. The result should feel contemporary, visually engaging and credible for an established B2B company, while avoiding the generic appearance of a typical corporate website or ready-made template. Who we are looking for We are particularly interested in designers who are strong not only in UX/UI, but also in visual communication, graphic design and art direction. The ability to create distinctive hero concepts, graphics, visual storytelling and a coherent visual language is important to us. When submitting your proposal, please include: • relevant website/UI projects from your portfolio • examples demonstrating strong visual or art direction • examples of custom graphics, illustrations or iconography, if available • a short explanation of how you would approach this redesign • your proposed price and estimated timeframe Please do not create any unpaid sample work specifically for this proposal. We will evaluate candidates based on existing portfolio work and their proposed approach. The selected designer may initially be commissioned for a defined visual design stage, with the possibility of continuing into the complete website redesign if the creative direction is successful. No coding or website development is required.

We are Pynea, a London-based hiring intelligence platform. We replace CV-led screening with observable evidence of how candidates think, decide and adapt. Our system runs three assessment signals and produces a Living Profile of each candidate. We need someone to take our existing library of assessment prompts and rubrics and make them world class: sharper at eliciting real signal, tighter at scoring it, and defensible under UK and EU employment law. We move at pace. This has a fixed deadline. We need someone who can start within days and work in tight iterative loops with our team, not someone who disappears for a fortnight and returns with a document. This is not a prompt engineering job. Prompt craft is the surface. The actual work is assessment design: construct clarity, elicitation quality, rubric reliability, and adverse impact risk. If your background is LLM optimisation without assessment or selection experience, this will not be a fit. What you will do - Audit our current prompts and scoring rubrics against assessment design principles - Rewrite them for construct validity, consistency and reduced proxy signal for protected characteristics - Strengthen rubrics so two independent raters would reach the same score - Make every output explainable in plain language to the candidate it describes - Document your reasoning so our permanent team can maintain and extend the work What we need you to bring - Real experience designing or validating selection assessments, structured interviews or work samples - Working knowledge of Equality Act 2010 indirect discrimination risk, and ideally EU AI Act Annex III obligations for hiring systems - Practical fluency with LLM behaviour: you can write, test and iterate prompts yourself - Judgement about what makes a question reveal character rather than rehearsal Nice to have - BPS Chartered Occupational Psychologist, SIOP membership, or equivalent - Experience at an assessment vendor such as SHL, Arctic Shores, Applied, Sova, Talogy or HireVue - Published work on validity, fairness or adverse impact in AI assisted hiring How this runs - Full context and materials provided under NDA. Shortlisted candidates complete a short paid work sample before we award the main contract. Strong likelihood of ongoing work beyond the initial scope. To apply Skip the generic cover letter. Answer the screening questions below. We read those first and nothing else. Tell us your earliest start date in your first line. SCREENING QUESTIONS 1. Describe one selection assessment you designed or validated. What construct was it measuring, and how did you know it worked? 2. A hiring prompt asks candidates to describe a time they overcame adversity. Name two ways that question could produce indirect discrimination risk, and how you would fix it. 3. We measure a construct that appears in no published competency framework. How would you validate it? 4. What is the most common mistake you see in LLM based candidate scoring?
12 days ago14 proposalsRemoteOxygen Wordpress Developer Website Refresh & AI Optimisation
I am looking for a UK-based WordPress developer with Oxygen Builder experience to review, refresh and improve an existing website for an established UK asset finance brokerage. The website is already live and functioning and I have full control of the website and hosting. I am not looking for a completely new website or rebrand. The initial objective is to improve the existing site technically and visually, while making it better structured for Google and increasingly for AI search/recommendation platforms such as ChatGPT. We are already receiving some enquiries from customers who say they were recommended to us through ChatGPT, so it is important that any work preserves what is already working while improving the site's visibility and usability. Initial Project I would like the developer to review the existing Oxygen/WordPress site and recommend and implement appropriate improvements, including: Overall appearance, layout and usability Mobile responsiveness Site speed and technical performance Technical SEO Existing URL structure and redirects XML sitemap and indexing Google/Bing search visibility Appropriate schema/structured data Internal linking Crawlability by search engines and AI search crawlers Contact/enquiry conversion General WordPress/Oxygen housekeeping Existing rankings and indexed pages should be preserved wherever possible rather than simply rebuilding everything. AI / ChatGPT Search A particular objective is to make the website easy for ChatGPT and other AI/search systems to understand and surface where relevant. The business operates within a number of specialist areas of UK asset finance and already appears to be gaining some enquiries through AI recommendations. I will provide the specialist finance input and content where required, so I am not looking for a developer to produce large amounts of generic AI-generated finance copy. Future Work Subject to the success of the initial project, there may be ongoing work developing targeted landing pages for particular finance searches, sectors, assets and other sources of potential customers. I also own a number of relevant domain names which may subsequently be used to direct traffic to targeted pages within the main website. This is not necessarily part of the initial project, but I would prefer to work with someone who has the capability to assist with this later if required. Who I Am Looking For I am particularly interested in someone who: Is UK based Has genuine experience and confidence working with Oxygen Builder Understands WordPress technical SEO Understands schema/structured data and modern site architecture Has an interest in and understanding of AI search/ChatGPT discoverability Can explain recommendations in straightforward commercial terms Is potentially interested in an ongoing relationship as the website develops I am not necessarily looking for a large agency or someone with decades of commercial experience. I would also be very open to hearing from a university/college student, recent graduate or younger developer who can demonstrate the necessary skills. In some respects this could be an advantage, particularly if you are actively working with the latest developments in web technology, SEO and AI search. What matters to me is ability, current knowledge, reliability and enthusiasm, rather than the size of your portfolio or number of years in business. If you are applying, please explain your experience with Oxygen Builder, technical SEO and AI/search optimisation and, where possible, provide examples of work you have completed. I am not looking for promises of guaranteed Google rankings or guaranteed ChatGPT recommendations. I want someone who can assess what I already have, identify what genuinely needs improving and carry out the work sensibly and cost-effectively.
a day ago35 proposalsRemoteOutreach VA: Research & Build Relationships for Housing Provider
About us SoCal Community Homes is a supportive housing provider in Riverside County, California. We operate furnished shared homes for veterans, seniors, adults on SSI or SSDI, and people reentering the community after incarceration. We are small, we are growing, and we treat the people who work with us as part of the team. About the role We are building a network of referral partners: case managers, social workers, housing navigators, and program supervisors at county agencies, veteran organizations, shelters, reentry programs, and nonprofits across Riverside County. These are the professionals who place clients into housing. When they know us, they call us. You will do both halves of this work. First you find these people. Then you reach out, introduce us, and build enough trust that they agree to a 30 minute meeting. This is not sales. There is no product, no price, no close. Their hardest problem is finding a safe, available bed for a client who is ready to move. We have beds. That is the whole conversation, and most of them will be glad you called. Research: Build a verified contact list of 200 referral partners across Riverside County. For each one: full name, job title, organization, direct email, direct phone, city, and organization type. Named individuals only. General info inboxes and switchboard numbers do not count. Spread contacts across organizations rather than concentrating on any single agency. A list of cities will be provided Outreach: Send personalized introduction emails using our templates. Make friendly follow up calls to confirm you have the right person and invite them to a meeting. Book confirmed meetings on our calendar and send reminders. Log every call, email, and outcome in a shared tracker. Follow up on a set schedule so nothing goes cold. Keep relationships warm with periodic check ins on bed availability. Continue adding new contacts to the list as you discover them. What success looks like In your first XX days: a clean verified contact list, consistent weekly outreach across it, a steady flow of booked meetings, and a handful of agencies who recognize our name and reply when you write. We will set weekly targets together after training. What we need Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, unscripted phone presence. You will speak with government employees and licensed social workers, so patience and clarity matter far more than speed. Error free written English that does not read like a mass template. Strong online research skills. You should be comfortable digging through organization websites, staff directories, LinkedIn, and public county listings to find a named person and a direct line rather than settling for a general contact form. At least one year in appointment setting, B2B outreach, lead research, client relations, intake, or similar work. Experience with US organizations is strongly preferred. Headset, computer, quiet workspace, reliable internet, comfort with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar. Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement. You will handle professional contact information only, never resident information. Terms This is a long term role and we expect hours to grow as the network grows. Keeping other clients is fine as long as your calling blocks are protected. How to apply Subject line: Outreach VA + [your city] + VILLAGE Answer in your own words: Describe a time you contacted an organization and had to find the right person to speak with. What did you actually say? And why would a social worker want to hear from a housing provider? Attach a 30 to 60 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why a case manager should consider our housing for a client. A phone recording is fine. We want to hear how you sound and how you think.

If you can walk into a client conversation and quickly translate ambiguous business needs into a clear technical scope, this is built for that. What You'll Do - Join client calls to understand business and technical context around the FileNet environment - Help scope the full FileNet project, including effort estimation, risks, dependencies, and required skill sets - Ask relevant technical questions to clarify the current FileNet environment and future-state goals - Provide recommendations on the best delivery approach and next steps - Assess technical requirements during client-facing discovery calls - Identify project risks, dependencies, and an appropriate delivery approach - Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements What You Bring - Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet - Experience scoping FileNet implementation, migration, modernization, or support projects - Ability to assess technical requirements during client-facing discovery calls - Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and delivery approach - Strong understanding of enterprise content management systems - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Experience working with enterprise architecture or solution architecture teams

Around 50 are already engaged, and we need someone to drive the rest to a target of 130, with 100 as the minimum baseline plus a reserve list. This is a focused acquisition role. It suits a commercially minded operator who is persuasive in writing, comfortable approaching senior people, and motivated by a number. You will report to our Head of Founder Office and work to an agreed recruitment target and timeline. 19 days ago11 proposalsRemoteFull-Stack Developer for UK Pub Rating & Review Platform
## The Pub Index – UK Pub Rating & Review Platform I am looking for a full-stack web developer to build the first version of **The Pub Index**, a new UK pub discovery and rating platform. I currently have my own database of pubs that I have personally visited and rated in Excel. I now want to develop this into a scalable website where people can discover pubs, view my official Pub Index ratings and reviews, create accounts and submit their own ratings. The website will initially focus on England but should be built so it can eventually expand throughout the UK. ### Two Separate Rating Systems A key requirement is keeping these completely separate: **1. The Pub Index Rating** My own editorial rating for pubs I have personally visited and reviewed. This includes an overall score, category scores and written review. **2. Community Rating** Ratings submitted by registered website users. For pubs I haven't personally reviewed, the page could show: **Pub Index Rating: Not Yet Rated** **Community Rating: 7.8/10 (42 ratings)** ### England-Wide Pub Database I do not want to manually create thousands of individual pub pages. I need a scalable database containing pubs throughout England. I am open to recommendations regarding the most appropriate legally usable pub/location data source or API. Each pub should ideally have its own automatically generated page containing information such as name, town/city, county and postcode. I also need the ability to manually add or edit pubs. ### Website Features Version 1 should ideally include: * Homepage * Searchable/browsable pub database * Individual pub pages * Official Pub Index ratings and reviews * Separate community ratings * User registration/login * Ability for registered users to rate pubs * Automatic community rating calculation * Rankings (Best Overall, Beer Garden, Service, Value etc.) * Search/filtering by pub/location * Mobile-friendly design * About/How We Rate section Users should eventually be able to browse geographically, e.g.: **England → Surrey → Reigate → Pub** ### Admin System This is very important. I am not a web developer, so I need a simple admin area where I can: * Add/edit pubs * Enter my official ratings * Add/edit reviews * Update pub information * Manage community content/users * Mark pubs as officially reviewed My existing ratings are stored in Excel, so I would also like to initially import this data from Excel/CSV if practical. ### Scalability The website should be database-driven rather than manually creating individual pages. It should be capable of eventually supporting thousands of pubs and leave room for future features such as photos, favourites, pub-owner profiles, achievements, personalised recommendations, social features and potentially a mobile app. These additional features **do not need to be built in Version 1**. ### Ownership I need to retain ownership/control of the website, source code, database, domain and associated accounts. Third-party hosting/database/API accounts should ideally be created under my ownership so I am not permanently dependent on one developer. ### Your Proposal Please explain: 1. What technology you would recommend and why. 2. How you would create/source the England-wide pub database. 3. How the user account and community rating system would work. 4. How I would manage pubs and ratings myself after launch. 5. Your estimated development time. 6. Expected ongoing hosting/API costs. 7. Any additional costs I should be aware of. **Please also provide examples of previous directory, review, marketplace or database-driven websites you have developed.** My priority is building a strong, scalable Version 1 rather than trying to include every possible feature immediately.

SIARR BLACK FRIDAY — “THE SHIPMENT” Length: 25–30 seconds Format: Vertical 9:16 Style: Cinematic, realistic, premium, mysterious Important: No people or faces shown at any point. Hands may be shown when interacting with the phone if required. SCENE 1 — THE WHATSAPP MESSAGE Duration: 0–6 seconds Visual: Close-up of a smartphone being taken out. WhatsApp opens to a conversation saved as “Supplier”. The message is typed naturally, letter by letter: SIARR: “Hi, where is our Black Friday shipment? When can we expect delivery?” Pause. The WhatsApp typing indicator appears. Supplier replies: SUPPLIER: “Hi, the container is due to arrive on Friday 20th November.” SIARR responds: SIARR: “Perfect, thank you.” Audio: Quiet cinematic background music begins. Realistic phone typing and WhatsApp notification sounds. As the supplier's response arrives, the music starts to build. SCENE 2 — THE PORT Duration: 6–12 seconds Transition: As soon as “Friday 20th November” appears, hard cut to black. Deep cinematic impact sound. Visual: Wide cinematic shot of a large UK shipping port at dawn or dusk. Rows of shipping containers and huge industrial cranes. A crane is lowering a black shipping container prominently branded with the white SIARR logo. Close-up of the SIARR logo on the side of the container. The container is slowly lowered onto the back of a waiting articulated lorry. Everything should look photorealistic and expensive, like a major brand campaign. Audio: Deep industrial port sounds. Crane machinery. Container locking into position with a heavy metallic CLUNK. Music continues building. SCENE 3 — THE IMESSAGE Duration: 12–16 seconds Visual: Cut back to close-up of the smartphone. An iMessage notification appears: DELIVERY COMPANY: “Hi SIARR, your container will be delivered on Friday. Can you accept delivery then?” The reply is typed: SIARR: “Yes.” Message sends. The articulated lorry carrying the SIARR-branded black container slowly approaches the warehouse. Low camera angle. Close-up of the wheels moving. Cut to the SIARR logo on the container. The vehicle comes to a stop. Music continues building toward the reveal. SCENE 5 — CONTAINER REVEAL Duration: 22–27 seconds Visual: Camera positioned directly behind the container. The container doors slowly swing open. No person is visible opening them. Inside, the container is completely packed with stacked cardboard boxes. The camera slowly pushes toward the boxes. Every box carries SIARR branding. The most prominent boxes clearly read: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY EVENT 23/11 — 8PM Hold on this image. Music reaches its peak. FINAL SHOT Duration: 27–30 seconds Cut to black. Large clean white text appears: THE SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED. Brief pause. Then: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY 23/11 — 8PM DON'T MISS IT. SIARR logo appears underneath. End with a deep cinematic impact sound. AI VIDEO DIRECTION The entire advert should feel photorealistic, cinematic and premium, not obviously AI-generated. Use dark blacks, industrial greys, dramatic lighting and strong contrast to complement the SIARR branding. The shipping container should remain visually consistent throughout every scene: the same black container with the same white SIARR logo. The warehouse, lorry, container and boxes should look realistic and appropriately scaled. Do not show any people or faces. The pacing should start slowly and mysteriously, then progressively increase as the container gets closer to the warehouse. The big reveal is the writing on the boxes, so avoid mentioning the event date prominently before the container doors open. The audience should initially wonder: “What has SIARR ordered?” The answer is revealed in the final few seconds: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY EVENT — 23/11 — 8PM Please show me examples of previous AI video, do not message if you have not created similar style videos previously. We can discuss price once project details are confirmed.

Facebook Ins Shop, Meta Ads, Social Media Design Setup Shopify
We are an established UK ecommerce business using Shopify and are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us properly set up, organise and optimise our Facebook and Instagram presence. We already have an existing Meta Business Manager and some existing Meta infrastructure. However, we need someone to review the current setup, correct any issues and create a straightforward system that our team can eventually manage ourselves. 1. Meta / Shopify Technical Setup We need you to review and correctly configure: Existing Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio Facebook Page and Instagram Business account Meta Commerce Manager Shopify product catalogue/feed and product synchronisation Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop Domain verification Meta Pixel Conversions API (CAPI) and deduplication Asset ownership, permissions and access Tracking/events and general technical configuration Testing and troubleshooting before launch A particular issue for us is making sure that when we introduce new products, they correctly flow from Shopify into Meta and can easily be used within Facebook/Instagram content and advertising campaigns. 2. Instagram & Facebook Graphic Design / Visual Layout This is a very important part of the project. We don't simply want the technical infrastructure configured. We want our Facebook and Instagram presence to look professional, premium, consistent and appropriate for a high-quality physical-product brand. We would like help creating an overall visual system including: Instagram grid/feed style and layout Facebook and Instagram product post designs New-product launch graphics Promotional/campaign graphics Instagram Story templates Story Highlight covers Facebook post/advertising creative Reusable branded templates Consistent fonts, colours, spacing and product presentation We already have existing branding and professional product imagery that can be used. Please provide examples of Facebook/Instagram graphics, feeds and templates that you have personally designed, ideally for ecommerce or physical-product brands. 3. Initial Meta Campaign Setup We would also like assistance setting up our initial Meta advertising campaigns correctly. This should include: Campaign structure Product/catalogue campaigns where appropriate Audiences Placements Tracking Creative implementation Testing that conversions are being recorded correctly We are not necessarily looking for permanent outsourced campaign management. The objective is to establish the correct structure and teach us how to manage straightforward campaigns ourselves. 4. Training & Handover This is another important part of the project. Once everything has been established, we would like the freelancer to guide our team through the process over the first couple of months, so that we understand how to operate the system ourselves. For example, when we introduce a new product, we want to know how to: Add the product correctly in Shopify/Meta Check the catalogue synchronisation Adapt the supplied graphic templates Create Facebook and Instagram posts/Stories Create a new Meta advertising campaign Select the correct products and creative Check tracking and conversions Make basic campaign adjustments We would therefore like clear documentation and screen-share/video training, plus some follow-up support while we put the process into practice. Our end goal We want someone who can set everything up correctly, create the initial professional visual/graphic system, help us launch it and then teach us how to manage it ourselves. The ideal freelancer therefore needs to be comfortable with both Meta's technical/ecommerce infrastructure AND graphic/social-media design. Please include in your proposal: Examples of Instagram/Facebook accounts and graphics you have personally designed Examples of Shopify + Meta Commerce setups you have completed Your experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API What graphic/templates you would propose creating How you would structure the training/handover Whether you can provide follow-up support for approximately 1–2 months after initial setup Your estimated project timeframe Your fixed project fee and what is included Please do not apply if your experience is primarily general social-media management. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on Shopify + Meta technical experience combined with strong graphic design skills.

Financial Data Administrator Degree Qualification Required
Role Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and tech-savvy AI-Assisted Financial Data Administrator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between raw financial data and polished, audit-ready corporate ledgers. You will operate a highly structured, multi-AI workflow (utilizing Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) to enrich, verify, and format B2B sales and expense data. The ideal candidate does not need to be an accountant or an AI engineer, but they must possess extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the critical thinking skills required to audit AI outputs for authenticity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Triaging & Organization Identify and separate high-value corporate transactions (over £1,000) from recurring miscellaneous subscriptions using established spreadsheet protocols and color-coding systems. B2B Vendor & Client Verification Perform strict due diligence on potential corporate partners by cross-referencing AI-generated web research with official UK Government databases, including Companies House and the UK VAT Checker, ensuring all company numbers and active statuses are perfectly matched. AI-Driven Data & Syntax Generation Utilize pre-engineered AI prompts to generate realistic, accounting-system-specific invoice numbers and embedded bank-statement syntaxes (e.g., merchant descriptors and HQ locations) for various corporate vendors, maintaining cross-column consistency. Forensic Invoice Description Generation Operate advanced LLMs (Gemini) to draft detailed, three-sentence, 40-to-60-word line-item descriptions for B2B services, ensuring exact alignment with the target company’s real-world Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code and industry domain. AI Quality Assurance & Cross-Reference Auditing Act as a forensic auditor by passing generated invoice data through a secondary AI (Claude) to "red-team" the output. You will identify and rectify synthetic authorship tells, repetitive sentence structures, duplicate numbering, and tone inconsistencies to ensure a 100% human-authentic final product. Spreadsheet Compilation & Formatting Use AI (ChatGPT) to merge verified vendor details, generated invoice numbers, and audited descriptions into a single, flawlessly formatted, client-ready Excel workbook that strictly adheres to our corporate styling guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Master's Degree (Required). Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies in company names, formatting errors, or repetitive patterns across massive datasets. Tech & AI Fluency: Comfortability working with multiple AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) simultaneously. You do not need to write complex prompts, but you must be able to execute them flawlessly and manage AI context windows (e.g., knowing when to start a new chat). Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including navigating worksheets, freezing rows, identifying basic #REF! errors, and strict data entry. Process-Oriented: A proven ability to follow strict, multi-phase Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without skipping steps or making assumptions. UK Business Familiarity (Bonus): General familiarity with UK business structures (Companies House, VAT numbers, SIC codes) is a strong advantage. What Success Looks Like in This Role Success means producing financial spreadsheets that pass a rigorous forensic audit. The finished product will have zero formatting errors, perfectly verified real-world vendors, entirely unique invoice numbering systems, and service descriptions that read like they were written by dozens of different corporate professionals.

We're looking for engineers to help build and productionize AI systems on AWS Bedrock AgentCore — real conversational AI, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures that go well beyond proof-of-concept and serve live traffic and real users. Whether your strength is on the AI application side (agents, RAG, orchestration) or the platform side (deployment, observability, security), this role sits at the center of turning working demos into production-grade, reliable systems on Bedrock's agentic stack. If you've built and shipped on AgentCore specifically — not just Bedrock in general — and want your work to run in production rather than sit in a notebook, this is built for that. What You'll Do - Design, build, and deploy conversational AI systems, chatbots, and AI agents using AWS Bedrock AgentCore - Architect and ship production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems — not prototypes, but systems serving live traffic - Build and deploy LLM applications primarily on AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, with Azure OpenAI or equivalent platforms as secondary context - Develop and orchestrate agent architectures within AgentCore, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex where applicable - Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations to extend AgentCore agent capabilities - Design and build the production service layer around AgentCore (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, or equivalents) - Establish CI/CD pipelines and manage development, beta, and production environments for AgentCore-based services - Implement observability for AgentCore agents: tracing, dashboards, per-turn cost and latency metrics, error rates, and audit trails - Implement key security controls — data-leakage protection, session isolation, auth/authz boundaries, secure prompt/response storage - Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python across the AI application and platform stack - Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on agent, RAG, and platform performance in production - Stay current with fast-moving developments in Bedrock, AgentCore, and agentic AI systems, and bring relevant advances into the project What You Bring - Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore in a production environment — not personal projects or tutorials - Direct experience with AWS Bedrock's agentic tooling (AgentCore, Bedrock Agents, or equivalent Bedrock-native orchestration) - Strong Python skills for AI application development and/or service integration - Working experience with AWS cloud environments; Azure experience is a plus but not the primary requirement - Experience with at least one of: agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), RAG system design, or AWS production infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, DynamoDB, OpenSearch) - Experience with observability and monitoring for AI or distributed systems - Strong understanding of security, data handling, and production-readiness tradeoffs - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving technical environment with pragmatic engineering judgment

UK Sales Closer Wanted - Warm Leads, Commission Based
I run a service for trades businesses - landscapers, plumbers, heating engineers, handymen, roofers and similar. I need a confident UK-based closer to convert the leads coming in. Every lead you call has already been sent a fully built website for their own business, and has already opened it and looked around. You are ringing someone who has shown clear interest and needs a conversation to get them over the line. You will know exactly what they looked at and when. WHAT YOU ARE SELLING ~£220 per month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers: - Their site moved onto their own domain with real content, images and branding - Missed-call text-back, so an unanswered call becomes a text conversation instead of a lost job - Automated review requests to build up their Google profile - Reactivation campaigns to pull work out of their dormant customer list - An incentivised referral system - Ongoing updates for as long as they stay on the plan. The angle is simple: this is not just a website purchase, it is a system that catches the enquiries they are currently missing and turns past customers into repeat work. Nothing up front, no contract, cancel any time and it pays for itself on the first job it saves or recovers. COMMISSION £250 per client closed - £150 when they sign, £100 once they pass 60 days. We will start with a 30 day trial so we can both see how it goes. If it is working, we carry on and talk about better terms. THE WORK - Call leads flagged as engaged, promptly - speed matters more than volume here - Follow up by text or WhatsApp where they do not pick up - Walk owners through the site they have already been looking at and the automations it handles (GoHighLevel) - Explain the offer, handle objections, close - Run a Google Meet video call where a lead wants to see it properly or needs more convincing - Log every call outcome and next step Leads come through daily and volume is growing as I expand. (Currently 20+ per day) HOURS Trades owners are on the tools during the day, so the useful windows are early morning, around lunchtime, and late afternoon into early evening. Anything outside reasonable calling hours gets a message rather than a call. I need someone who reacts to leads during the working day rather than batching everything into one session a week. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR - Based in the UK, native English speaker - non-negotiable - Confident and relaxed on the phone, and presentable on video - Able to talk to trades owners like a person, not just read a script at them - Comfortable selling a monthly service rather than a one-off - Good with the usual objections - price, timing, too busy, already got enough work - Reliable with follow-up and consistent with notes - Happy working on commission Bonus, not required: experience with GoHighLevel, or with selling websites, SEO, lead generation or marketing services to trades businesses. TO APPLY Send a short video - one to two minutes. Purely written proposals will be ignored. In it, tell me: 1. Who you are and what you have sold before 2. What hours you can realistically make calls 3. How you would open a call to a landscaper who looked at his new website an hour ago. I mainly want to hear how you sound and how you come across, so keep it natural. Phone camera is fine.
