I need help with a cold calling lead gen campaign

I need hep from a cold calling professional for a new cold calling campaign. I have a start up in the telecoms space, with my end customer being people who own land or buildings that host telecoms towers. I know the locations of all of these assets in the UK and have a contact list of 20 local companies in the close proximity to each of them (total 400k contacts). I want help setting up a cold calling campaign to target these local businesses around the towers with the aim of getting the name and contact details of the owner of the property that each tower is on. I would like help from an expert like yourself to make an initial volume of calls to generate the required output information and also to help formulate and fine tune a script and ways to successfully handle common objections that occur.
