Property Acquisition & Guest Management / Service Accommodation, I am looking for a freelancer to work for my service accommodation company.
The tasks will be:
- Sourcing deals through systems such as PropertyFilter, Property Market Intel, Virtually Landline, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
- Learn our due-diligence process when acquiring properties
- Cold-calling
- Sending emails (introduction/follow-ups)
- Guest management through systems such as Smobu, Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Direct booking website.
Must have experience with PropertyFilter, Property Market Intel, Channel Managers (ie Smobu).
I'm looking for a freelancer who can commit to 6 hours per day of the week, a total of 30 hours max.
