Hello,
We recently sent out a cold email campaign via SmartLead without DKIM configured, which caused the emails to land in spam. Only 3 emails were sent, but we suspect the mailbox may now be burned. We're unsure whether the entire domain reputation has also been affected.
We're looking for an experienced email deliverability expert to help us assess the current damage and advise on the most cost-effective next steps.
Our Main Challenges:
Determine if the domain itself is burned, or if it's just the original mailbox.
And help us answer the question do we need to purchase new domains, new mailbox and start again?
