I have a 3 minute video recording singing to camera. The audio requires the following edits: -Reverb added to the vocal, where appropriate -Adding subtle backing music. Perhaps a hand pan, harmonium or acoustic guitar The aim is the make it sound ethereal - similar style to that of artists Clara Sophia and Mei-lan. The backing music will need to be royalty free and I will need to purchase the rights to use it so I can eventually upload to music sharing platforms. The system will have individual's names, roles, and professional development statements to match evidence against. The evidence can be added by way of written statements, voice notes and videos. Colleagues should have the ability to send peer assessments to managers for inclusion on the peer's development record.
