Build a complete database of Turkish schools using the official MEB register as the master source, extracting address and telephone details and decoding the public email address provided through the MEB website.
The attached Technical Specification forms an integral part of the project and describes the source, Adi/Bilgi logic, CHK decoding algorithm, validation rules, audit fields and required output.
Before award: please submit 5 sample records following the attached specification.
After award: first provide 200 records for review. Do not run the complete extraction before receiving our feedback.
Final delivery is required within 7 calendar days from project award, including sample review and corrections.
