Revised Golf Club Video Tracking and Analysis Program
Hi, I please need a relatively simple application constructed for video-based golf club tracking and analysis. Previous attempts have been partially successful, so there is some work there that can be referenced and potentially utilized. A standard 2D camera and video are all that are required for acceptable application performance. Simple marker tracking is planned at this time, comprising two visible markers placed at determined, measured locations on a club to be tracked by users. Original videos input into the needed application will be relatively short, limited to perhaps a few seconds or less. The application will initially need to reformat videos to include frame numbers for user and application referencing. After careful examination of the reformatted video by a user as instructed, the user will select just two frames (so four tracking markers) for the application to further work with. Tracking should be performed just manually and interactively for now. So a means should be provided for a user to view, manually place, and precisely adjust computer tracking indicators over each of the four markers in the two frames selected. With that information, combined with specified club measurements input into the application by the user by this point, an initial club tracking result can be graphically and mathematically displayed. That tracking result will typically reveal a preliminary solution for a user (a rotation point location along the length of the club). But due to the nature of the original club movement, a preliminarily calculated rotation point location will usually be incorrect, commonly by a substantial amount. Thus, an additional process involving some fairly basic geometric and mathematic calculations will need to be further applied (will be provided). And a corrected, final rotation point location as calculated will be the result, graphically and mathematically displayed by the application for a user. I will need to test and work with any efforts on my (Windows) desktop. Desktop and web versions are minimally planned for now. So a programming language(s) that could work effectively for both would be helpful. I think R and Python were mostly tried previously, with various pluses and minuses about each. I am open to any other language(s) as well. Added descriptions needed for both the video tracking and solution aspects to accomplish functional success are much more thoroughly detailed in separate documentation. It includes systematic breakdowns of previous failed attempts for reference, what worked well and not so well with them, and the processes and equations to be applied to calculate final solutions. Various elements of intellectual property are involved. So while I can additionally discuss some matters beforehand, an NDA will be strictly required before I will be able to disclose and/or discuss certain information related to the much more detailed documentation. I can provide the needed NDA after reviewing any proposals I might be fortunate enough to receive. While there is no set budget, past failures have to this day prevented me from better validating certain critical elements concerning the needed application on an extremely foundational level. And until such better proof is obtained first, my additional spending on this particular project will be as minimal as possible to say the very least. If and when better validated, I can reevaluate where to go from there. I am open to both project or hourly rate offers, but I cannot seriously consider an hourly rate offer without a guaranteed maximum number of hours stated up front to successfully complete the needed application. Thank you very much.

THE ADELINE PROPERTY GROUP — LOGO DESIGN BRIEF The Business The Adeline Property Group is a premium residential property management and development company operating across London, the South East, and the South Coast. Two divisions: block management for RTM and RMC-led developments, and a property development arm operating a buy-refurbish-refinance model. The company is raising investment capital and positioning for significant growth as an institutional-grade property group. What The Brand Needs To Communicate Trust and competence above everything. Our clients are residential leaseholders who have volunteered to run their own management company — they are handing over control of their service charge budget, contractors, insurance, and compliance. They have almost always been let down before. The brand must reduce perceived risk before a single word is read. The positioning: big enough to deliver, small enough to care. Not a faceless national. Not a one-man band. The specific zone in between — boutique in service, institutional in standard. The secondary audience is property investors, who need to see a platform, not a lifestyle business. The same mark must work across both contexts. Brand Personality If Adeline were a person: a well-dressed, calm professional in his mid-thirties to mid-forties. Speaks clearly, doesn't oversell, follows up when he says he will, knows his subject inside out. Not flashy, not boring, not corporate, not casual. The person in the room everyone defers to — not because he demanded it, but because he earned it. The name Adeline is classical without being archaic, elegant without being decorative. The visual identity should carry the same qualities. Reserved. Precise. Quietly authoritative. Reference Points Cadogan Estate, Savills, Lee Baron. The common thread is restraint — marks that communicate authority through precision and proportion, not decoration or noise. The brand should feel at home in that company without imitating any of them. Logo Structure A combination mark: a standalone geometric "A" icon paired with a wordmark, plus an APG monogram as a third asset. The full system must work across formal document headers, building signage, digital platforms, email signatures, and investor materials — from 14px favicon to full site-board scale. The Icon A geometric "A" form. Architectural in character — precise, structural, balanced. Construction approach is open, but it must feel like it was drawn with purpose, not assembled from a font. It should carry weight without heaviness, read as considered at every scale, and look like none of the following: a tech company, a construction firm, a developer, an estate agent. The Wordmark "THE ADELINE PROPERTY GROUP." ADELINE is the anchor — it should carry the most visual presence. Open to a high-quality serif or geometric sans. The typeface must hold its own alongside the icon without competing with it. What To Avoid House outlines, rooflines, keys, or literal property imagery. Tech or fintech aesthetics. Ornamental flourishes. Thin weights that collapse at small sizes. Templates or logo generators. Gradients or effects that won't survive single-colour reproduction. The mark must work in black and white first. Deliverables Primary lockup (icon + full wordmark), icon only (A), APG monogram only, wordmark only, icon + APG lockup, APG + full wordmark lockup, horizontal and stacked variants where relevant. All in unlocked vector format, ready for colour application. No colour direction is being provided — present the mark in black and white first.

Music led AI proposition (MVP - next stage)
Hi All, see below what we are looking for: We've developed an AI-powered platform built to help businesses craft compelling pitches and proposals. Currently at MVP stage and using the Claude AI API, the product has proven its core concept and is ready to scale. We’re looking for an experienced consultant developer to take it from MVP to a robust, secure, multi-tenant product that is ready for commercial growth. The Role This is a freelance/contract engagement, fully remote. You’ll work closely with the founder to define the roadmap, make key technical decisions, and deliver a more polished, secure, and scalable version of the product. The right person will be comfortable working across the full stack and will have a genuine interest in AI-powered products. Scope of Work 1. Build Out the Product Proposition • Evolve the MVP into a fuller product experience — improved UX, additional features, and a clearer user journey. • Identify and close gaps between the current MVP and a market-ready product. • Work collaboratively to define and prioritise the feature roadmap. 2. Multi-Tenant Authentication & Secure Login • Design and implement a secure, scalable multi-tenant login architecture so that separate companies can access the platform with fully isolated accounts. • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) where appropriate. • Evaluate and integrate a suitable auth provider (e.g. Auth0, Clerk, Supabase Auth, or similar). 3. Security Enhancement • Audit the current codebase and infrastructure for security vulnerabilities. • Implement security best practices: input validation, rate limiting, secrets management, and secure API handling. • Ensure GDPR compliance for UK/EU users — data handling, storage, and deletion policies. • Set up appropriate logging and monitoring for security events. 4. Improve AI Matching & Recommendations • Review and refine the existing Claude-powered matching logic. • Improve the quality, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated outputs. • Explore additional prompt strategies, context management, and retrieval approaches (e.g. RAG) to strengthen results. 5. Optimise the Claude API Configuration • Audit and refine the existing Claude API set-up: model selection, system prompts, token usage, and response handling. • Implement cost controls and ensure API usage is efficient and well-monitored. • Stay current with Anthropic’s best practices and model updates. 6. Scalability & Infrastructure • Assess the current infrastructure and recommend improvements to support growth. • Ensure the system can handle multiple concurrent users and company accounts without degradation. • Implement database optimisations and appropriate caching where needed. 7. Testing, Documentation & Handover • Establish a testing strategy (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) to ensure code quality as the product scales. • Document the architecture, API, and key decisions so future developers can contribute effectively. • Provide a clean handover with clear notes on any ongoing work or future recommendations. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience taking products from MVP to production-ready, at pace. • Strong full-stack development skills — comfortable across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure. • Solid understanding of authentication systems and multi-tenant architectures. • Experience with LLM APIs — ideally Claude/Anthropic, or similar (OpenAI, Gemini). • Security-conscious mindset with practical knowledge of common vulnerabilities and mitigations. • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements in the UK/EU context. • Strong communicator — able to translate technical decisions into plain language for a non-technical founder. • Fluent in written and spoken English — clear communication is essential as you’ll be working closely with the founder throughout. • Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working asynchronously. • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation. • Background in B2B SaaS products. • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or vector database approaches. • Familiarity with analytics and observability tooling. A few notes: 1. If you can't communicate in English please don't apply as i will need to speak to you to grow this 2. Must have experience in developing or creating Ai websites (i will be asking for this) 3. Make sure your application is relevant to what the above is asking, if it isn't then it will auto-rejected. Thanks

Hey. We are Bogar Tech Designs — a fast-growing automotive accessories brand that sells pre-cut, vehicle-specific film kits directly to car enthusiasts. Chrome deletes. Headlight and taillight tints. Paint protection film. Window tint. Every product is precision-cut in-house for a specific make, model, and trim. We do the hard part before the order ever ships so our customers can focus on the fun part — the transformation. We are a small, passionate team that genuinely cares about the product, the content, and each other. We move fast, we communicate openly, and we celebrate wins together. If that sounds like a place you want to work, keep reading. THE OPPORTUNITY: We are building a short form content machine and we need an editor who wants to grow with it. This starts freelance. If it clicks — and we think it will with the right person — it becomes full time. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of what we are building. WHAT WE MAKE Our content lives on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We run multiple content types simultaneously and each one has its own personality. You will not be editing the same style of video on repeat. Here is what the mix looks like: • Founder videos — Juan (Owner) on camera. Scripted, direct-to-consumer, conversion-focused. Confident and conversational, not corporate. • UGC installs — real installs shot on iPhone. Natural, raw, satisfying to watch. The kind of content that makes someone think, "I could do that." • Challenge and entertainment-style content — think high-energy car builds. Fun, built to be rewatched and shared. • Transformation montages — this is where you get to flex. Full blackout builds shot cinematically. Before and after reveals. Split screens. Component callouts. These videos need to make a viewer stop mid-scroll and think, "I need my car to look like that right now." Tracked, sound-synced edits that feel like a flex every time they play. • Customer UGC — real customers filming their own installs. Light polish, add a lower third, format for platform. Quick turnaround. Brands we look to for inspiration: Carpe, Dr. Squatch, Dollar Shave Club, Overnight Oats. Study them if you have not already. We are building something in that lane for the automotive world. THE ROLE You will work directly with our Creative Director. You will receive raw footage, a direction brief, and any scripts or on-screen text. You return publish-ready files. The relationship is collaborative — you are not just executing, you are contributing. If you see a better way to open a video, say so. If a brief is missing something, flag it. We want your editing voice in this content, not just your hands on the timeline. THE VOLUME The target is 100 to 150 videos per week at full capacity — roughly 30 per day, structured however works best across the week. We know that is a big number. It is also very achievable with the right batching system and clear briefs, which we provide. We are building the infrastructure to make your job as smooth as possible. THE ONE THING WE WILL NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT Hooks. The first two seconds of every video is everything. It is the reason someone keeps watching or keeps scrolling. We need an editor who treats the opening frame with the same obsession a cinematographer treats lighting. It has to be intentional. It has to stop the scroll. For transformation content especially, a great hook is visual before it is anything else. Show the problem first and the viewer is already invested before the install starts. If you are the kind of editor who gets the first cut perfect before moving on to anything else, you will fit right in here. WHAT YOU BRING The Essentials: • Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — fast and comfortable • After Effects required — motion graphics, split screen compositing, rotoscoping, masking, color isolation, camera tracking (2D and 3D) • Strong instinct for short form pacing • Music selection and audio sync • Clean on-screen text and title work • Organized file management • Deep understanding of hooks • Ability to work across multiple content styles What will make you stand out: • Experience with automotive, lifestyle, or product content • You study strong DTC brands and understand why their content works • You contribute creatively, not just technically • Experience editing at volume • Cinematic transformation edits • Ability to adapt editing voice across formats
