All 63 documents go into one file, in numerical scan order. Each document must start with this header, using the original PDF filename as the Document ID:

Then paste the full OCR text of that document. Then start the next header block. Do not create separate files.

OCR RULES — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Copy the text EXACTLY as it appears. This means:
