KeyShot Specialist – Plastic Material & Lighting Setup Expert

PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are an established sports equipment brand looking for a KeyShot expert to help us move a set of product renders from a flat, CAD-preview look to true photographic realism, suitable for front-of-pack hero imagery. This is not a standard production render job. We are specifically looking for someone who can develop and dial in the right material, texture, and lighting settings on one or two sample models, then hand over the complete settings package so our existing rendering supplier can apply the same look across our full product range in their own copy of KeyShot. The product is a small, moulded plastic item with subtle translucency. Getting that material quality right is the crux of the brief. We should also mention that our full product range is already set up and organised within KeyShot. Ideally, whatever material presets and lighting rig are developed through this engagement could be applied across that existing setup without having to rebuild or re-import each product individually. If you have experience structuring KeyShot material libraries and scene rigs in a way that makes them portable and easy to apply at scale, please mention this in your response. We will share full project details, reference images, and the CAD model (STEP format) with the shortlisted candidate under a mutual NDA before work begins. This is a relationship-building role—not a mass outreach position. --- ## Responsibilities ### Creator Research * Identify relevant skincare, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle creators across: * Instagram * TikTok * YouTube Shorts * Focus primarily on creators located in: * Germany * United Kingdom * Netherlands * Sweden * France * Denmark * Evaluate creators based on: * Audience quality * Engagement rate * Content quality * Brand fit * Authenticity ### Outreach * Write personalized outreach messages. * Contact creators via email or direct message. * Build genuine relationships. * Answer creator questions professionally. * Coordinate shipping information. * Follow up with creators after delivery. * Encourage honest product reviews (never request only positive reviews). ### Campaign Management Maintain a creator database including: * Contact details * Platform * Country * Follower count * Engagement rate * Outreach status * Shipping status * Content received * Permission to reuse content * Future collaboration opportunities ### Reporting Provide a weekly report covering: * Creators researched * Outreach sent * Response rate * Products shipped * Content created * UGC received * Opportunities and recommendations --- ## Requirements * Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands. * Strong written English. * Excellent communication skills. * Highly organized. * Comfortable using spreadsheets or Airtable. * Experience with Instagram and TikTok outreach. * Able to identify authentic creators rather than relying solely on follower count. Preferred: * Experience with European skincare brands. * Knowledge of organic or natural beauty. * German, French, Dutch, or Swedish language skills are a plus. --- ## Success Metrics (KPIs) Weekly: * Research 100–150 qualified creators. * Send 50–75 personalized outreach messages. * Achieve a response rate of at least 20%. * Secure 10–15 product seeding agreements. Brand & Brochure Designer Needed for Child Development Brand

I am looking for an experienced designer to create a refined, cohesive visual identity and client-facing brochure materials for my new Child Development & Family Consultant practice. My consultancy focuses on child development, sleep, routines, nutrition and family wellbeing. I already have the core content, package structure, pricing and a draft logo direction. I now need a strong designer to turn this into a polished, premium and fully editable Canva brand package. Canva only so I can edit it later myself. Happy if you have other options too.
