Job Description

We are looking for a senior architectural visualisation artist to create high-end CGI imagery for our website.

The project includes:

5 main interior visuals
2 close-up/detail visuals
Development of the scenes from our references and creative direction
3D modelling as required
Materials, lighting, styling and composition
Final high-resolution images, fully edited and ready for website use
1 short video loop of one of the interior spaces

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can contribute to the visual direction, not simply execute technical renders. The imagery should feel architectural, refined, atmospheric and editorial, with exceptional material realism and attention to craftsmanship.

Please apply with your portfolio, 3–5 relevant interior projects, availability, and a fixed price for the complete scope above.

    1. Could you confirm what reference materials will be provided for each interior space, such as CAD drawings, 3D models, floor plans, elevations, moodboards or reference imagery?

    2. For the 5 main visuals and 2 detail shots, are the spaces already fully modelled, or would you require 3D modelling and scene development from the provided references?

    3. Do you have a specific visual style, material palette or lighting direction in mind, or would you like me to develop the creative direction based on your architectural and brand references?

    4. What image dimensions and resolution do you require for the final website imagery, and will the renders also need to be supplied in alternative formats or aspect ratios?

    5. For the short video loop, could you confirm the preferred duration, resolution and whether you have a particular camera movement or animation style in mind?

    6. Will furniture, decorative elements and styling assets be provided, or should sourcing and creating these elements be included within the visualisation scope?

    7. Could you confirm the target delivery schedule within the 3 to 4 week timeframe and whether you have a preferred review and revision process for approving the visuals?
