Root & Still, a UK brand selling hand carved Buddha statues and mindful home decor. I'm looking for a freelance writer to take on 20 gift guide articles across the autumn and Christmas season, and I'd like a quote for the full set. I've attached the brief. It covers all 20 articles with the angle, structure, word count, keywords, products and internal links for each, plus how we write and a price reference for the products. Please read it before quoting, since it should tell you exactly what the work involves and how much research each piece needs. What I'd like back: 1. Your quote for all 20, and your rate per article if you'd rather price it that way 2. Two or three samples in home, interiors, lifestyle or wellness 3. How many articles a week you could take on, and your earliest start date 4. Anything in the brief you'd push back on or would want changed The schedule matters. Articles 1 to 3 are needed in August and article 5 has to be live by the second week of September, so I'm looking for someone who can start soon. We'd begin with one paid article before committing to the rest, so we can both check the voice lands.

LinkedIn Outreach (Manual) – Targeting UK Project Managers
UK-based freelancers only, please — I won't reply to applications from outside the UK. I run a coaching business helping UK project managers and delivery professionals build confidence, communicate clearly, and progress their careers. I'm looking for someone to run manual, personalised LinkedIn outreach on my behalf — no automation tools, no high-volume messaging, no generic scripts. You'll need to refine my ICP, build targeted lists in Sales Navigator, write outreach messages that feel senior and credible (not salesy), send daily/weekly outreach with light follow-up, and report back on conversations, replies, and booked calls. You'll need your own Sales Navigator seat — this isn't something I'll be providing. In your proposal, please include: examples of personalised outreach you've written, your approach to manual outreach for coaching/consulting clients, how you build and refine ICPs, expected daily activity, your reporting structure, and your monthly pricing (budget: £300–£700/month depending on experience). Before I can consider your proposal, please download and complete the attached Excel template with your your monthly pricing (budget: £300–£700/month depending on experience) proposals without it won't be reviewed.
10 days ago17 proposalsRemoteFull-stack developer for a custom Next.js education web app
A full-stack developer to build two things from scratch: a web app, and a basic website that sits in front of it. We're building an education tool for students approaching a major professional exam. The web app supports their revision through practice questions, revision guides and the tools around them, so they can work through material, see where they went wrong, and understand which areas need more of their attention. We produce all the content ourselves and hand it to the app as JSON, so a good part of the work is taking that in cleanly and presenting it well. You wouldn't be writing any of it. The website is a simple front door. One main page explaining the product, a section holding the guides and resources, and the sign-up and login route into the app. The stack we have in mind Next.js with the App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind and PostgreSQL. Zod for validating the content we feed in, Stripe for payments and Auth.js for accounts. We're open to a conversation about any of it. How we'd work In phases, agreed one at a time, rather than settling one number for the whole thing up front. We don't expect you to be able to give us a quote at this stage, and we'd want to talk properly before anyone put a figure on anything. What we'd like to see Examples of your work, more than anything else. Please share a number of things you have personally built, ideally live so we can go and use them. That is what we will be judging on. Alongside those, let us know what your availability looks like over the next few months.

I want to see whether you can identify the interesting idea behind what I am saying and turn it into content that sounds natural and credible. Ongoing engagement If we work well together, I am looking for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. The objective is to build a strong founder-led LinkedIn presence over the long term, with consistent content that generates conversations, relationships and ultimately opportunities for the business.

You'll work primarily in React and Next.js, building the interfaces our customers use every day. The frontend integrates with a SQL Server database via a C# API — you won't be modifying the API or database directly, but you'll need to understand relational data and work comfortably against existing APIs. Premium Publication Supplier — Media Placements
We are appointing dependable suppliers for ongoing publication placements across established business, finance, technology and national news outlets. The focus is operational delivery: we need accurate outlet-by-outlet information that can be checked before any test order. For every publication you can supply, provide a separate line containing: • Publication name, exact domain, country or edition, and relevant section • Your all-in price and currency for one article • How the article is published: earned outreach, named contributor, sponsored or partner content, brand studio, press-release syndication, or another clearly explained route • Any disclosure label and the exact link attribute • Realistic time from approved content and payment to publication • Whether you write the article or require supplied copy, including word count and revisions • Up to three recent live examples delivered through the same route • Refund, replacement, rejection and removal terms, including any minimum live period We are especially interested in proven access to publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur US, Fast Company, Inc., TechCrunch, WIRED, VentureBeat, BBC, The New York Times, Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, as well as comparable international outlets. We independently check outlet identity, samples, publishing route, disclosure and link treatment. Initial test placements may lead to recurring work for suppliers whose evidence, pricing and delivery remain consistent.

Facebook / Meta Video Ad Creator — Performance & Hooks Focused We’re looking for someone to turn our existing raw footage into high-performing Facebook/Instagram video ads (30–60 seconds) for our UK wellness brand, NUYU. Important: we are NOT simply looking for a video editor. We can provide plenty of raw footage, UGC, product footage, testimonials and brand assets. What we need is someone who understands performance advertising and knows how to turn that footage into ads designed to sell. You should have strong experience with: * Creating scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds * Understanding why people buy — pain points, desires, objections and curiosity * Structuring ads around Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA * Turning raw UGC/product footage into multiple compelling ad concepts * Writing strong on-screen copy, headlines and CTAs * Pacing, pattern interrupts, captions and visual hooks * Creating different hook/angle variations so we can properly test creative * Understanding what works specifically on Meta/Facebook, rather than simply producing nice-looking videos We are not looking for cinematic brand films. We want ads that feel native to the feed, grab attention quickly and are built around conversion. Ideally, you will have a strong portfolio of DTC/e-commerce Meta ads and be able to explain the thinking behind the creatives — not just show us something that looks good. To apply, please send: 1. 3–5 examples of Meta video ads you’ve personally created. 2. Examples where you were responsible for the hook/concept, not just the edit. 3. A short explanation of how you approach the first 3 seconds of a Facebook ad. 4. Your price per 30–60 second ad and cost for producing multiple hook variations. 5. Any experience within wellness, supplements, health, fitness or beauty. There is potential for ongoing work if we find the right person. We have a significant amount of footage and want to build a regular pipeline of new Meta creative. Please don’t apply if your experience is primarily general video editing. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response creative, hooks and selling through video.

24 days ago21 proposalsRemoteSenior Prompt Engineer - Evaluation, Scoring and Reliability
We need an experienced prompt engineer to design reliable LLM-based evaluation and scoring workflows. You must understand semantic alignment, rubric decomposition, structured outputs, calibration, prompt sensitivity, model bias, context handling, and failure analysis - not simply write persuasive instructions. The work requires improving scoring consistency across paired inputs, distinguishing genuine meaning from superficial language overlap, and testing performance against paraphrases, contradictions, omissions, formatting changes, and adversarial cases. To apply, describe your evaluation methodology, experience building LLM judges, approach to measuring reliability, and one difficult consistency problem you solved. Include anonymised examples and tools used. Responses to this advert generated by LLMs will be auto-rejected To eliminate AI responses to the questions below, there is very special question below! 90% of AIs answer it incorrectly (its an unstable question) Advanced prequalification questions 1. You are designing an LLM judge to determine whether a supplier’s reply meaningfully addresses a buyer’s request. Replies using identical wording receive higher scores than accurate paraphrases. What is the best first intervention? * A. Increase temperature to expose the judge to more interpretations * B. Instruct the judge to assess semantic coverage, explicitly distinguish lexical overlap from meaning, and provide contrasting scored examples * C. Remove the buyer’s original request from the prompt * D. Reward replies containing the buyer’s most frequent terms 2. A reply correctly addresses four requirements but confidently contradicts a fifth, critical requirement. Your judge often gives it a high overall score. Which rubric design is strongest? * A. Ask for a holistic score based on overall helpfulness * B. Score each requirement separately, identify contradictions, apply a critical-failure rule, and then calculate the overall result * C. Tell the judge to penalise inaccurate responses * D. Increase the maximum score so errors have less influence 3. Two semantically equivalent replies receive materially different scores when their order, formatting, or writing style changes. Which evaluation approach best isolates the problem? * A. Run each version repeatedly, randomise irrelevant presentation features, and measure score variance by transformation type * B. Reduce both replies to the same word count * C. Set temperature to 1.0 and compare one result from each * D. Ask a larger model which reply is better 4. An LLM judge must assess whether a response covers every material element of a complex request. Which prompt architecture is most robust? * A. Ask for one immediate score to minimise token usage * B. First extract atomic requirements, then map response evidence to each requirement, classify coverage, and derive a schema-constrained score * C. Ask the model to explain its reasoning before reading the response * D. Provide a long definition of quality and request a percentage 5. Your judge achieves 92% agreement with human labels, but performance falls sharply on short, indirect, or poorly written inputs. What should happen next? * A. Deploy because overall agreement exceeds 90% * B. Add more examples of well-written inputs * C. Segment results by input characteristics, build targeted adversarial cases, revise the rubric, and recalibrate against disputed human-labelled examples * D. Increase the system prompt’s authority and repeat the same test 6. A candidate claims that requiring detailed chain-of-thought will make scoring more accurate and auditable. Which response shows the strongest understanding? * A. Correct; longer reasoning always improves accuracy * B. Correct, provided temperature is zero * C. Not necessarily; use explicit intermediate classifications and evidence fields, validate outputs, and evaluate accuracy empirically without depending on unrestricted hidden reasoning * D. Incorrect; LLM judges should return only a number Please answer each question with A,B,C orD. For each, add your percentage certainty of your answer and your reasoning.
