20 gift guide articles, brief attached (Human written, NOT AI)

Root & Still, a UK brand selling hand carved Buddha statues and mindful home decor. I'm looking for a freelance writer to take on 20 gift guide articles across the autumn and Christmas season, and I'd like a quote for the full set.

I've attached the brief. It covers all 20 articles with the angle, structure, word count, keywords, products and internal links for each, plus how we write and a price reference for the products. Please read it before quoting, since it should tell you exactly what the work involves and how much research each piece needs.

What I'd like back:

1. Your quote for all 20, and your rate per article if you'd rather price it that way
2. Two or three samples in home, interiors, lifestyle or wellness
3. How many articles a week you could take on, and your earliest start date
4. Anything in the brief you'd push back on or would want changed

The schedule matters. Articles 1 to 3 are needed in August and article 5 has to be live by the second week of September, so I'm looking for someone who can start soon.

We'd begin with one paid article before committing to the rest, so we can both check the voice lands.
