Description
We run Bitrix24 Cloud on the Enterprise plan. Our CRM is already live and in daily use — this is not a fresh implementation. We want someone to switch on and properly configure the AI (CoPilot) features so they actually save our team time, and to tidy up the automation around them.
**Scope of work**
1. Audit our current setup and confirm which CoPilot features our plan includes, and whether we should move tiers to get the rest.
2. Configure CoPilot in CRM: chat/conversation summaries and auto-fill of CRM fields from customer conversations.
3. Set up call handling — transcription, speech analytics, and comparison against sales scripts. We do currently use Bitrix24 telephony; our provider is 3cx.
4. Set up CoPilot in Tasks and Feed where it's useful.
5. Review our existing automation rules and triggers, fix anything broken, and add automations where CoPilot output can feed the next step.
6. Write short internal documentation and run one training session recorded for our team.
What we need from you
- Demonstrable Bitrix24 experience — please link 2–3 comparable projects and say what you built
- Confirmation you can work within our access limits (see below)
- An estimate broken down by the items above, plus your hourly rate for follow-up work
- Your availability and expected turnaround

Hi James,
Could you please confirm whether your Bitrix24 Cloud is already integrated with 3CX for call logging and recordings, or will that integration also need to be configured? That will help me assess the CoPilot automation possibilities and provide a more accurate estimate for each scope item.
Thanks,

1: If we measured this project's success six months after implementation, what would you want your team to say has changed the most: less time spent on CRM administration, higher sales conversion, better management visibility, or more consistent customer follow-up? That answer will determine where we prioritize CoPilot and automation for the highest ROI.
2: How standardized are your current CRM processes across pipelines, custom fields, and automation rules? If there are significant variations between teams or departments, I'd recommend normalizing those workflows before expanding CoPilot, otherwise the AI will simply automate existing inconsistencies rather than improving them.
