Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. I'm looking for something that is: * Minimal and premium * Easy to navigate * Visually appealing * Focused on daily productivity rather than lots of dropdowns The dashboard should include things like: * Quick action buttons (New Task, Note, Project, Meeting, Expense, etc.) * Life statistics * Daily habit tracker * Navigation cards for different areas of my life and businesses * Today's tasks * Upcoming tasks * Calendar * Recent notes I already have a wireframe and a clear vision for how I want the dashboard to look. 2. Fitness system redesign The current workout module is far too complicated. I don't want to log individual exercises every time I work out. Instead, I want a much simpler workflow where I can: * Create reusable workout templates (Upper A, Lower A, Hyrox, Zone 2, etc.) * Click a button to create today's workout from one of those templates * Simply record weights, reps, RPE and notes * Track completed workout sessions over time The goal is to make logging workouts quick and enjoyable while still keeping useful history. 3. Integrate my travel planner I already have a travel planner template that I'm happy with. I do not need a new travel system built. Instead, I want someone to integrate it properly into my Life OS so it works seamlessly with the rest of the workspace. For example, I'd like trips to be able to connect with: * Tasks * Notes * Projects * Finance * Documents * Calendar events The aim is for everything to feel like one connected system rather than separate templates. What I'm looking for * Strong experience building advanced Notion workspaces * Excellent understanding of databases, relations, rollups, formulas, templates and buttons * A good eye for modern, clean UI/UX design * Someone who can recommend improvements rather than simply following instructions This project has the potential to become an ongoing collaboration as I continue refining and expanding my workspace.
