    Since this is a greenfield application, have you already defined the domain model and business workflows, or are you looking for input on the overall system architecture as well as implementation?
    What will define success for the first production release—a fully featured MVP, validating a specific business workflow, or delivering an architecture that future developers can scale confidently?
    Do you already have a preferred technology stack, or are you open to recommendations based on scalability, long-term maintenance, and deployment costs?
    How important is automated testing in your workflow? Would you expect unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to be part of the initial delivery, or should they be prioritised around business-critical functionality first?
    Would you be open to a short technical discovery call? I find that discussing the application's business goals, user journeys, and deployment strategy upfront often uncovers architectural opportunities and risks that aren't obvious from the written specification.
