- Should the Residential and Commercial sections have completely different landing pages, content, service offerings, CTAs, forms, and estimator logic, or will they mainly share the same functionality with different messaging?
- For the project portfolio, what filtering options do you envision (service type, location, project size, property type, completion year, etc.)? Also, should each project include galleries, before/after sliders, testimonials, videos, project specifications, and related services for stronger SEO and conversions? -

1: The estimator appears to be the primary lead-generation feature rather than a simple contact form. Do you expect the calculation rules (pricing logic, service types, regional pricing, etc.) to be editable by administrators through WordPress, or are you comfortable with those rules being implemented in code? That decision will significantly affect how the estimator is architected for future changes.
2: For the geo-targeted service pages, are you planning to manage hundreds of location pages over time, or a fixed number of core service areas? I'd like to understand whether we should build a dynamic, template-driven architecture that scales automatically or optimise for a smaller curated set of pages.
3: Your specification focuses on residential/commercial segmentation, lead generation, and conversion optimisation. Is this platform intended to remain a marketing website, or do you see it evolving into an operational portal where quotations, project management, customer accounts, or online bookings become part of the customer journey in future phases? I'd prefer to structure the foundation with that roadmap in mind rather than limiting future expansion.
