14 days ago64 proposalsRemoteBrand identity for Axenara, web studio for hosts and creators
We're Axenara, a web studio that works across hosting, design, development, and consultancy. We host websites, build websites and apps, advise on web services, and manage them once they're live. We also do work for streamers and content creators, and we're heading toward releasing our own web apps based on some of the internal apps we built for ourselves. Our clients range from individuals and creators to small businesses and larger companies. We're rebranding from scratch, alongside rebuilding our web services, and looking for a designer to shape the whole identity with us. The core idea is that Axenara takes the hard parts of the internet off our clients' hands, so they can focus on what they do best. We want a brand that feels warm but capable, modern but not trend-chasing, confident without shouting. The closest reference point is Monzo. They took a category (banking) that everyone assumed had to be cold and corporate, and made it feel human and likeable. The hosting and web services category has the same problem, full of identical blue-and-grey companies, and we want to do for it what Monzo did for banking. Stripe, Linear, and Notion all live in the same neighbourhood as what we're after. The most important part of this brief is how the brand is structured. The model we want to follow is Atlassian. Atlassian have one parent brand (the word Atlassian and its mark) and a family of product brands underneath it: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, Statuspage, and so on. Each product has its own logo, its own colour, its own identity, but they all feel unmistakably like siblings. That family resemblance comes from a small set of rules they've defined internally: every product wordmark is set in the same custom typeface, every product icon follows the same construction language (flat geometric shapes, two or three colours, no gradients or effects), every product owns one colour drawn from a shared palette, and the parent brand has its own colour and stays quiet in product contexts so it doesn't compete with the product. That set of rules is the most important thing we need from you. The Axenara parent brand designed properly, yes, but underneath it a written, named system that says exactly what makes something a member of the Axenara family. Something like "all product wordmarks are set in [X]," "all product icons are built using [Y] construction approach," "all product colours are drawn from [this palette]," "the parent appears at [this scale] relative to the product in lockups." To prove the system works, we'd love to see a couple of concepts for example products: our hosting service, our web development arm, and one of our SaaS tools called ChangeFlow. These are real products that exist or are about to exist, but the brand concepts are demonstrations of how your system applies, not finished product brands. We expect to refine them later or design more products inside the same rules ourselves. A few hard constraints. No blue (the whole category defaults to it and we want out). No generic tech imagery, clouds, servers, globes, swooshes, circuit lines. Beyond that we're genuinely open, and we'd rather see something unexpected than something safe. We're looking for the full parent identity (Axenara logo, variants, colour, typography), a written system of rules that defines how product brands are built underneath it (the typeface, the shape language, the colour palette, the parent-product hierarchy), and demonstration concepts for two or three example products (hosting, web development, ChangeFlow) to show the system in use. It doesn't have to be formal brand guidelines, but the rules need to be explicit enough that we can build the next product's brand ourselves and have it sit comfortably alongside the others. Timeline is flexible, we'd rather get it right than rush. Please share your portfolio, your process, and any ideas you have. We're especially interested in hearing what caught your eye about the brief, or where your instinct would take it. Looking forward to hearing from you.

We are developing a psychological horror game titled "Coffee and Paranoia", set in a mundane urban world that gradually unravels into unsettling paranoia and VHS-styled distortion. The story follows an office worker whose routine morning coffee stop triggers a series of subtle, escalating anomalies centered around a mysterious barista named Elise. As the day progresses, reality becomes increasingly unstable, blending ordinary environments with brief, disturbing visual and audio glitches that hint at something far more sinister. We are seeking a designer to create a logo that captures the contrast between everyday normalcy and creeping psychological horror, ideally reflecting themes of coffee culture, surveillance-like unease, and fragmented reality.

We are currently developing a sports app that combines the web and blockchain. We have already completed NitoGem, a basic demo version focused on the Web3 layer. NitoGem is already in service as a dApp, allowing users to register tokens and vote using ETH. Voting results directly impact rankings and exposure. The core system is already established, including wallet connectivity, smart contracts for voting and credit management, and an off-chain layer handling indexing and ranking logic. While it is currently operational, it is still in its early stages and requires improvements in terms of design and workflow. We are moving forward in a direction of evolution rather than a complete rebuild of the system. We plan to extend the same system beyond cryptocurrency to other fields, such as sports, where user engagement influences rankings and exposure in a similar manner. We will maintain the core mechanisms while gradually expanding use cases as the platform matures. We are looking for talented designers to help achieve these goals. If this project is successfully completed, we can develop a long-term partnership. It can be helpful you have knowledge of web3. When are you available to join? What are your strengths? 21 days ago46 proposalsRemoteProject Manager
Who We Are We are a newly established, fast growing software startup with a strong focus on AI powered solutions. We build intelligent tools ranging from LLM based applications to automated decision engines for clients who want to leverage cutting edge technology without the usual complexity. We are lean, move quickly, and every team member shapes our direction. The Role We are seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of client relationships, project execution, and developer oversight. Because our work involves AI integrated software, you do not need to be an AI engineer, but you must be comfortable managing projects where requirements can evolve as models are tested and refined. You will be the single point of accountability for on time, on scope delivery, and for keeping clients confident throughout. You must be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Exceptional English communication skills are non negotiable. You will lead client calls, manage expectations, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and poise. What You Will Do Client Relations (High Priority) Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for all clients. Lead discovery sessions, status meetings, and requirement gathering calls, especially for AI features where behavior may be probabilistic rather than deterministic. Translate client needs into clear, actionable specifications for developers. Manage scope changes, expectations, and tough conversations around budget, timeline, and trade offs. Developer and Project Oversight Supervise and support the developers assigned to your projects, including those working on AI model integration and backend or frontend systems. Prioritize the backlog, assign tasks, and ensure developers have what they need to succeed. Track sprint progress, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum. Ensure code reviews, testing, model evaluation, and deployments happen on schedule. Operational Management Set up and maintain project tracking tools such as Slack, Jira, or ClickUp. Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and documentation. Proactively identify risks, particularly around AI performance, data dependencies, or API limits, and communicate them to leadership and clients. Continuously improve our delivery processes as we scale. What You Must Have Availability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is non negotiable. Exceptional English communication skills. You speak and write clearly, confidently, and professionally in client facing situations. Three or more years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, whether in an agency, startup, or B2B tech environment. Proven experience managing developers and overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to say no professionally, push back on scope creep, and manage competing priorities. Self sufficiency. You do not wait for instructions; you create structure where none exists. Comfort with AI related uncertainty. You understand that AI features may require iteration, testing, and managing client expectations differently than deterministic logic. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience working on projects involving LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, open source models, vector databases, or AI evaluation pipelines. Experience working in a fast growing startup, especially under two years old. Basic technical familiarity. No coding required, but comfort with APIs, JSON, or prompts helps. Experience with contract statements of work or change orders. How to Apply Your application must include all three of the following: Your resume A cover letter of three to four paragraphs explaining: Your experience managing both clients and developers. A specific example of a project you saved from going off the rails. Confirmation that you can work U.S. EST hours. A Loom video of approximately five minutes in length. No exceptions. In the video, walk us through your career background and relevant experience. Highlight specific project management wins, how you handle client communication, your approach to leading developers, and any exposure to AI projects if applicable. Speak as if you are in a client meeting: clear, confident, and professional. We are growing fast. We need a Project Manager who can grow with us, especially as we dive deeper into AI powered products. Show us who you are, on camera and on paper.
