Marine Event Prediction System (Environmental Data + ML)

I am building a system to log marine-related events at specific locations and times, automatically enrich those events with historical environmental data, and use the growing dataset to predict the likelihood of similar events occurring under comparable future conditions.

This project is focused on environmental pattern detection, particularly phase transitions and converging conditions, not static averages.

The system will be developed in clear milestones and must be modular and expandable.
