a month ago15 proposalsRemoteProspect Intelligence Analyst | Research Assistant
ROLE OVERVIEW Our firm helps small service businesses in the US and UK identify and fix operational revenue leaks — the gaps that cause them to lose enquiries and bookings without realizing it. You sit at the front of our Prospect Machine. Each week you research small businesses, identify their primary revenue leak, score them, enrich decision maker contacts, and populate our structured prospecting tracker. Your output feeds directly to our Cold Caller and Business Systems Consultants. This is not a data entry role. It requires pattern recognition, fast decision-making from limited information, and the discipline to work at consistent pace to a fixed weekly deadline. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Source 150–200 raw businesses per week using scraping tools provided by company • Filter to 120–150 qualified SMBs • Review each business's online digital presence — website, booking system, social pages, and online reputation — and conduct test calls outside office hours to assess missed call risk and after-hours responsiveness. Identify the primary operational revenue leak based on what the evidence shows • Find and verify the decision maker via enrichment tools provided by company • Score each lead, flag Priority Leads, and escalate leads immediately • Populate the B2B Prospecting Tracker • Submit all deliverables via agreed upon platform and time. Onboarding Ramp Week 1— 50–60 leads, research and tracker only. Full SOP and training provided. Quality standards apply from day one. Week 2 onwards — Cold call script prep for top 20 Priority Leads added. Week 3 onwards — Industry community and directory identification added. REQUIREMENTS • Experience in B2B lead research, business intelligence, or structured data research • Able to make fast, confident decisions from publicly available data • Strong attention to detail — accurate entries matter more than perfect ones • Comfortable following a structured SOP independently, without frequent check-ins • Clear written and spoken English, with prompt communication COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE • $17.00/hr · 15 hrs/week · ~$255/week • Performance review at 45 days — rate increase available for strong performers HOW TO APPLY Begin your application with the word SIGNAL — applications that don't will not be reviewed. Then answer these two questions: 1. Describe a research or data project where you worked to a consistent weekly output target. What tools did you use and what was your weekly volume? 2. You're researching a dental practice. Their website has no online booking system — new patients are instructed to call during office hours only. There is no contact form and no alternative way to enquire outside of calling. In two to three sentences: identify the primary revenue leak, explain why it matters commercially, and give this lead a score out of 10 with a one-sentence justification. Note Question 2 has a clear correct answer. We are looking for specific, evidenced reasoning — not a general description of the problem.

Revised Golf Club Video Tracking and Analysis Program
Hi, I please need a relatively simple application constructed for video-based golf club tracking and analysis. Previous attempts have been partially successful, so there is some work there that can be referenced and potentially utilized. A standard 2D camera and video are all that are required for acceptable application performance. Simple marker tracking is planned at this time, comprising two visible markers placed at determined, measured locations on a club to be tracked by users. Original videos input into the needed application will be relatively short, limited to perhaps a few seconds or less. The application will initially need to reformat videos to include frame numbers for user and application referencing. After careful examination of the reformatted video by a user as instructed, the user will select just two frames (so four tracking markers) for the application to further work with. Tracking should be performed just manually and interactively for now. So a means should be provided for a user to view, manually place, and precisely adjust computer tracking indicators over each of the four markers in the two frames selected. With that information, combined with specified club measurements input into the application by the user by this point, an initial club tracking result can be graphically and mathematically displayed. That tracking result will typically reveal a preliminary solution for a user (a rotation point location along the length of the club). But due to the nature of the original club movement, a preliminarily calculated rotation point location will usually be incorrect, commonly by a substantial amount. Thus, an additional process involving some fairly basic geometric and mathematic calculations will need to be further applied (will be provided). And a corrected, final rotation point location as calculated will be the result, graphically and mathematically displayed by the application for a user. I will need to test and work with any efforts on my (Windows) desktop. Desktop and web versions are minimally planned for now. So a programming language(s) that could work effectively for both would be helpful. I think R and Python were mostly tried previously, with various pluses and minuses about each. I am open to any other language(s) as well. Added descriptions needed for both the video tracking and solution aspects to accomplish functional success are much more thoroughly detailed in separate documentation. It includes systematic breakdowns of previous failed attempts for reference, what worked well and not so well with them, and the processes and equations to be applied to calculate final solutions. Various elements of intellectual property are involved. So while I can additionally discuss some matters beforehand, an NDA will be strictly required before I will be able to disclose and/or discuss certain information related to the much more detailed documentation. I can provide the needed NDA after reviewing any proposals I might be fortunate enough to receive. While there is no set budget, past failures have to this day prevented me from better validating certain critical elements concerning the needed application on an extremely foundational level. And until such better proof is obtained first, my additional spending on this particular project will be as minimal as possible to say the very least. If and when better validated, I can reevaluate where to go from there. I am open to both project or hourly rate offers, but I cannot seriously consider an hourly rate offer without a guaranteed maximum number of hours stated up front to successfully complete the needed application. Thank you very much.

Fix/complete Systeme.io funnel, email automations, and Meta Ads
I’m looking for a technically reliable freelancer to review and complete the setup of my online business funnel. I previously hired a PA to build this, but the work is incomplete, and the structure is not functioning the way it should. The goal is not to redesign the funnel, but to audit, correct, and properly implement the structure and automations so everything works as intended. The system is already partially built in Systeme.io, but the tagging, automation logic, and integrations are incomplete. What I need help with 1. Funnel audit and correction (Systeme.io) Review the existing funnel and ensure the following are correctly implemented: • Email list connection • Tags applied correctly at each stage • Automation flows triggered properly • Email sequence delivery working • Lead magnet delivery functioning • Upsell / offer pages connected correctly • Basic funnel structure checked for errors The structure itself is already planned, I mainly need technical execution and debugging. 2. Email tagging and automation structure Set up or correct: • Subscriber tags • Automation triggers • Email sequence logic • Segmentation where needed The goal is to ensure clean tagging and reliable automation flow. 3. Meta Ads tracking setup I will be running Meta ads and need accurate tracking and data flow. Please help with: • Meta Pixel correct placement confirmation. • Conversion API (if appropriate) • Event tracking • Funnel event tracking • Testing that conversions are recorded correctly I am not asking for ad creative or campaign management, only correct technical setup and tracking. 4. Basic documentation I would also like: • A short video walkthrough explaining the setup • Notes on how the system works so I can understand it later This is important because I want to avoid becoming dependent on constant technical help. Platforms involved • Systeme.io • Meta Ads Manager • Meta Pixel / Conversion tracking • Email automation inside Systeme.io I’m looking for someone who • Has strong experience with Systeme.io funnels • Understands automation logic and tagging • Has solid Meta Pixel / conversion tracking knowledge • Can work methodically and explain their work clearly • Is comfortable auditing someone else’s unfinished setup Please only apply if you have done similar setups before. To apply Please include: 1. Experience with Systeme.io automation 2. Experience setting up Meta Pixel and conversion tracking 3. Your estimated time to complete this job, I am not looking for fast work as I'm trying to finalise the set up in a way that works in the future without major disruptancies. Project goal To leave me with: • A working funnel • Correct automation and tagging • Reliable Meta conversion tracking • Clear understanding of how it all works I prefer someone who is careful and thorough rather than fast. Thank you.

I’m looking for a native-level Indonesian professional who can do two things in parallel: guide a small group of absolute beginners toward academic fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and translate our English learning materials into polished, formal Indonesian. The students are starting from scratch but need to reach a point where they can read journal articles, write research summaries, and participate in seminars conducted in Indonesian. Because we’re not tied to a rigid deadline, you can suggest the most effective pace—weekly or bi-weekly sessions are fine as long as progress is clear and measurable. Here’s what I need from you: • Structured online lessons built around academic vocabulary, formal grammar, and writing conventions, delivered via your preferred platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). • Homework, quizzes, and short writing assignments that reinforce each lesson. • Periodic progress reports so I can track how well the group is moving toward BIPA level-2 (or an equivalent academic benchmark). • Accurate English-to-Indonesian translations of all course handouts, slides, and future documents, complete with a mini-glossary for technical terms. Acceptance criteria • By the end of the program the students should be able to pass a BIPA level-2 test or demonstrate comparable competence. • Random QA checks on your translations must show at least 95 % accuracy against the source content in meaning, tone, and academic style (KBBI, EYD). If you hold a BIPA teaching certificate, a linguistics degree, or have published academic translations, please highlight that experience and share a short sample lesson plan or translation excerpt. I welcome your ideas on lesson frequency, preferred teaching tools, and any additional resources you’d bring to the table.

I am looking for a highly capable cold calling professional who can confidently engage CEOs in direct phone conversations. This is not entry-level telesales. You must be comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and able to hold a composed, intelligent, executive-level tone. You should sound credible, natural, and positioned — never scripted or sales-driven. You are a strong fit if: * You have experience speaking directly with CEOs or C-level executives * You sound confident, intelligent, and composed on the phone * You understand executive positioning and tone * You are disciplined, consistent, and performance-oriented * You are comfortable operating within a structured, proven system This is professional executive outreach — not aggressive selling. WHAT I DO I am the founder of the Neuro-Based Leadership Centre in the United Kingdom (https://www.neurobasedleadershipcentre.com). I work primarily with CEOs in the tech sector, typically leading companies with £5M–£40M in annual turnover, and I have worked with businesses exceeding £250M. I deliver executive coaching focused on neurochemical decision-making patterns in leadership. When I begin working with a CEO, the engagement often expands to their C-level team and, in many cases, the wider organisation. This is structured executive positioning — not traditional sales. HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS Outreach is conducted exclusively by phone. No email marketing. You will work within an existing, tested system using: * Pipeline (CRM) * JustCall (dialer) * A curated database of 500 tech-sector CEOs (office and mobile numbers) The process: 1. You call CEOs from the qualified list I provide. 2. You invite them to complete a short online executive research assessment (under 5 minutes). View the assessment here: https://www.neurobasedleadershipcentre.com/research 3. They receive a 29-page personalised Neurochemical Patterns Report. 4. You follow up and book a complimentary 45-minute executive debrief session with me. 5. Some CEOs naturally convert into coaching clients. In a previous campaign, I personally cold-called 2,500 CEOs and secured 107 meetings, which kept my calendar full for 11 months. The system converts. In addition to individual executive programs, I now offer scalable group coaching with unlimited participants, increasing overall conversion potential. The core structure is proven and working. I welcome thoughtful optimisation, but I am not looking to redesign the framework. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE From a database of 500 CEOs, realistic and proven performance benchmarks are: * 35–45 completed executive assessments * 20–25 booked 45-minute debrief meetings This represents a 4–5% meeting conversion rate across the full database — aligned with prior campaign performance (107 meetings from 2,500 CEOs). NEXT STEP If you believe you can operate at this level, please send your proposal for review. Before any order is placed, I require a virtual meeting. My audience is highly valuable and highly sensitive — alignment and mutual understanding are essential before moving forward. Kind regards, Tom
