We design and deliver workshops, simulations and training programs for companies (leadership, teamwork, culture, customer service, safety, etc.). Our goal is to increase qualified leads from HR, Training & Development and business leaders in Mexico and Latin America.

### Objective of this project

I want to hire a freelancer to increase our online visibility and generate more inquiries from companies searching for:
- “talleres”, “capacitaciones”, “workshops”, “simulaciones”
- corporate training, team building, leadership workshops
- in Spanish and English, mainly in Mexico.

The focus is on improving our presence in search results and relevant platforms, not on generic followers.

### Scope of work (what I need)

Please propose a strategy and execution plan that can include most of the following:

- **SEO audit and on‑page optimization**
- Review both domains (.mx and .com.mx) and suggest structure and technical improvements (speed, metadata, headings, internal links, etc.).
- Keyword research in Spanish and English focused on corporate training / workshops in Mexico.
- Optimize key pages (homepage, services, workshops, contact) with agreed keywords.

- **Content and positioning**
- Propose and create SEO‑friendly content (blog posts, landing pages or FAQs) targeting our ideal customer (HR, training managers, business leaders).
- Suggestions for new landing pages for specific topics (leadership workshop, team‑building workshop, safety culture, etc.).

- **Local and business presence**
- Review and improve our visibility in Google (Google Business Profile) and other relevant business listings/directories, if useful for B2B.

- **Performance and tracking**
- Set up or review analytics and conversions (contact forms, quote requests, calls, downloads).
- Provide a simple monthly report: traffic, rankings for main keywords, and leads (inquiries) generated.

I am especially interested in freelancers who can explain what actions will generate **more qualified leads**, not just traffic.

### Requirements for the freelancer

- Experience with SEO and digital marketing for B2B services (ideally training, consulting or similar professional services).
- Fluent Spanish, and at least good written English.
- Ability to work with WordPress (or advise our developer with clear instructions).
- Able to communicate clearly and provide simple reports.
