Project Description We are looking for a graphic designer to professionally refine and develop an existing visual concept for Incessant Music, a UK music company. This is not a logo redesign or website redesign. The website, brand identity and core visual direction already exist. We need a designer who can understand the concept we have developed and elevate its execution rather than replace it with a new design direction. At the centre of the concept is a concentric-ring graphic derived from our existing brand mark. This graphic develops progressively across our five service areas, moving from one ring through to five rings. Each of the five services has its own distinct colour, creating a recognisable visual identity for that service while remaining part of one connected system. Ring Progression & Colour Hierarchy The system progresses from one ring for Service 1 through to five rings for Service 5. As additional rings are introduced, they should not all inherit the service colour or become equally prominent. In every service graphic, only the outermost ring carries the distinct colour assigned to that service. The preceding inner rings — whether there are one, two, three or four — should remain extremely subtle, low-visibility and largely neutral/ghosted. Their purpose is to create a sense of progression, depth and continuity between the five services, not to compete visually with the coloured outer ring. By Service 5, for example, the viewer should see one clearly defined coloured outer ring with four much more subdued rings sitting behind/within it. The Swift source for the iOS app has been written with Claude (Anthropic's AI) from a detailed technical handover, but it has not yet been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. About the Role This role is responsible for creating qualified sales conversations for Monkedia. You will work both cold Apollo lists and warm lists made up of prior inquiries, referrals, past conversations, event contacts, and other prospects who already have some connection to the agency. You will be the first meaningful human interaction many prospects have with Monkedia. Your job is not to pressure people into a generic agency pitch. Your job is to understand the business, identify whether there is a real fit, communicate our value clearly, and create qualified opportunities for the person responsible for closing the deal. The strongest person in this role understands the world our prospects operate in. You can speak credibly with ecommerce founders, marketing leaders, and operators about customer acquisition, paid media, creative fatigue, landing pages, tracking, offers, and the pressure to make advertising produce profitable revenue. What You Own Build and work daily prospecting workflows across Apollo cold lists and Monkedia warm lists. Research accounts and contacts before outreach so messaging is relevant to the company, category, growth stage, offer, and likely marketing challenges. Make outbound calls and conduct structured follow-up by email, SMS, LinkedIn, or other approved channels. Respond quickly and thoughtfully to warm leads, referrals, inbound inquiries, and prospects who re-engage with Monkedia. Use discovery questions to understand the prospect's business model, customer, current acquisition mix, paid-media spend, goals, constraints, and urgency. Explain Monkedia's capabilities in plain language, including paid acquisition on Meta and Google, direct-response creative, landing-page and web development, email marketing, and ecommerce growth strategy. Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and book high-quality discovery calls for the closer or strategy team. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including activity, contact status, qualification notes, next steps, and follow-up dates. Test hooks, talk tracks, offers, and objection-handling approaches, then document what is producing conversations and what is not. Deliver a clear weekly view of activity, connection rates, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline contribution. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar prospecting role. Demonstrated comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and following up consistently without needing to be chased. Experience working from a structured lead list or sales engagement platform. Apollo experience is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication. You can sound natural, direct, curious, and professional rather than scripted or aggressive. Working knowledge of ecommerce and direct-response marketing, including DTC brands, customer acquisition, paid social, Google Ads, creative, landing pages, conversion rates, and email. Ability to understand and explain the difference between generating traffic and generating profitable revenue. Comfort speaking with founders, CMOs, heads of marketing, and other senior decision-makers. Strong listening and qualification skills. You do not confuse a friendly conversation with a qualified opportunity. Reliable organization and follow-through across cold and warm lead pipelines. Meaningful overlap with U.S. working hours.
