Design Research Support for Student Project
We are looking for a freelancer to support a student design project that we would like to further develop into a research-based competition submission. This is not a full product development job, and it is not a graphic design / portfolio layout task. We already have the existing project concept, visual materials, sketches, prototype direction, and some early testing ideas. What we need now is someone who can help us make the project more structured, evidence-based, and submission-ready. Project background The student project is a wearable sensory-intervention design for children with sensory processing difficulties. Property Development - Masterplanning
I have a project that is a residential housing development in Scotland that has a first draft of a masterplan which was submitted as art of a planning pre-application. The site is likely to be for around 100 to 110 houses and is naturally split into two parts with a wooded area through the middle of the plot. The local council planners have asked for a reduced scheme and have identified the areas they will accept development on and that is subject to a drawing I can share. Of the revised scheme, there is a sketch that shows a revised 50% done, the other 50% remains t be completed and both generally to be presentable to key stakeholders. I need help completing the masterplan and also potentially generating some generic images of potential units. #all the mentioned drawings can be shared with shortlisted parties.

Hello :) We are a furniture company and are redesigning our showroom, taking out old product and installing a new design. We have last year's sketch up file of our space, and need edits to be made, to introduce new products and take out the old ones. We then need some quality rendered 2D downloads of different scenes in the space from Sketch-up to include in our printed map of the showroom.
