Draw Architectural Sketches WITHOUT Using AI

I would like to have a series HIGH QUALITY architectural sketches drawn of 10 properties (building architecture, landscape, contextual streetscape to be captured as applicable).

IMPORTANTLY: I DO NOT WANT ANY AI GENERATED IMAGES

I also don’t want them to look like converted/filtered photographs.

Deliverable output is for commercial website use - copywrite must belong to me and images CANNOT be used on your public or PPH portfolio, website, etc.

Sketches to be greyscale and I will specify landscape/portrait orientation for each sketch.
Sizing will be to suite 1920x1080 for landscape and 1080x1350 for portrait.

I will supply multiple images of completed buildings - will provide multiple images of finished buildings for reference I have attached a sample below.

I have also attached samples of end product quality I am looking for.
