Paddel court design on CAD

We need a simple layout drawing showing 4 padel courts fitted into an existing hard surface area on our site.
We are providing the existing topographic survey (D2R-LSP-02, 1:200 scale). We just need the courts drawn onto it so we have something to work from. This is a feasibility sketch — not a planning drawing.
The area available: 51.36m wide x 27.22m deep
What to draw:
4 padel courts, side by side in a row across the 51.36m width
Each court is 20m long x 10m wide
Allow 2.5m run-off at each end of the row (25m total depth)
Courts share side walls between them — total row width 45m
One access gate per court (2m wide) on the long side
Show a net line across the middle of each court
Show overall dimensions and a north point
Output: One PDF drawing. CAD or hand-drawn is fine at this stage.
Timescale: As soon as possible — ideally within 1 week.
Fee: Please quote a fixed price. We expect this to be a 2–3 hour job.
