I need a site that will have groups of users, Teachers, Students, Administration, (maybe more), and ability to create groups for private classes and notes as posts in these groups. The site needs a scheduler and calendar with notifications to remind Teacher and Student there is a class in 15 minutes. Because this is a language school, I would like to integrate AI for helping teachers with notes and to make the mobile app more of a functional translator tool. This does not need to be like Moodle, where courses are setup, this is just for notes for one-on-one or group sessions. Typeform integration for keeping track of classes. We need someone to design a document to take some pre written copy (Employee handbook) and to generate a branded document for a our company employee handbook. Formatting, basic but smart design. The text is in word document and a series of pdf's at present. The draft format is 21 pages. The document has to be produced in 2 languages - English and Spanish. It is already translated. We are looking for something that is company branded (we have an established brand), is editable from time to time and can be printed easily to give to our employees. Because we would like to edit the text from time to time, it would be best to have the design/document in a format that we can edit ourselves. We only use MS Office. The book doesn't have to be like a copy of 'Timeout' or a leather bound coffee table edition but it needs to be smart, professional and branded.
