The stack is a TypeScript modular monolith — Fastify API, React SPA, PostgreSQL 17 — currently hosted on Supabase Cloud, Fly.io, and Vercel. An enterprise customer requires **UK sovereign data hosting**, and we are migrating the platform onto Azure in the UK, with sovereignty technically enforced (region-locked policy, private networking, customer-managed keys) rather than promised on paper. **The design work is done.** You will not be starting from a blank page: there is a complete, independently reviewed document set — a High-Level Design, a code-verified Low-Level Design, and a step-by-step migration plan with exit gates, a cutover runbook, and a rollback model. Scope of Work Module Integration: Import and test a provided VBA module (mod_OpeningStockReceipts.bas) designed to generate missing opening receipt entries in the movement ledger from existing batch data. Column & Data Alignment: Run data validation checks (via a provided macro) to identify and correct misaligned data columns (specifically Status and RemainingQty in the IngredientBatches table). Data Reconciliation: Ensure that: IngredientStock reconciles perfectly with positive opening balances. FIFO batches remain completely unchanged. Existing ConsumptionLedger records stay intact. Overview I'm an early-childhood educator building a small prototype to use with the young children I teach. The concept: I control a 3D animated character live using my face, while a child in another location plays with that character on a tablet: talking to it and tapping things in a shared scene that respond in real time. Nothing is built yet, this is from scratch. The scope is small on purpose, but it has to genuinely work end to end. I'm on a tight, fixed budget, so I want a lean build, not a full app. What version 1 needs to do: - One simple 3D room/scene, child-friendly. - One 3D character in that scene that I control live with my face (facial expressions and head movement driven by my camera). - The child, on a tablet in another country, sees and hears the character in real time and can talk to me through it. - 3 to 4 tappable objects in the scene. When the child taps one, it responds (animates / plays a sound / changes the scene), and I can see what they tapped so I can react in character. - Low latency enough for natural back-and-forth conversation. React, Node Postgress Developer

We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work. The product was scheduled to launch this coming Friday/Saturday. We appreciate this is ambitious, but if the remaining work is genuinely limited, there may still be an opportunity to meet, or come very close to, that target.
