MT5 EA Developer Needed — Long-Term Collaboration

I'm looking for an MQL5 developer to build an automated Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5, trading EUR/USD with a focus on steady, realistic returns and strong risk management (not high-risk/aggressive strategies).
I also need a licensing system so the EA:
Only works on an authorized MT5 account
Checks subscription status regularly
Stops working if the subscription expires or if someone tries to share/duplicate it on another account
This is for a subscription-based product, so I'm looking for a developer open to an ongoing working relationship — not just a one-time delivery — to maintain and improve the EA over time.
