VBA Developer Needed to Reconcile Inventory
We are looking for an experienced VBA / Database Developer to help us resolve a technical misalignment in our inventory management system's go-live data. The system utilizes a FIFO engine where IngredientBatches controls batch availability, and a movement-led IngredientStock ledger calculates live stock based on receipt/consumption transactions. Currently, a gap in our opening balance setup has caused our live stock dashboard to display negative figures. The strategy and a core fix module (mod_OpeningStockReceipts.bas) have already been outlined. We need an expert to run diagnostics, align the columns, execute the fix safely, and ensure full system reconciliation without disrupting existing consumption history. Scope of Work Module Integration: Import and test a provided VBA module (mod_OpeningStockReceipts.bas) designed to generate missing opening receipt entries in the movement ledger from existing batch data. Column & Data Alignment: Run data validation checks (via a provided macro) to identify and correct misaligned data columns (specifically Status and RemainingQty in the IngredientBatches table). Data Reconciliation: Ensure that: IngredientStock reconciles perfectly with positive opening balances. FIFO batches remain completely unchanged. Existing ConsumptionLedger records stay intact. No duplicate stock movements are created. System Validation: Rebuild and validate the live stock dashboard formulas to ensure future "End of Day" automated runs function reliably. Thank you

I run a UK technology company that works with care homes. I have a screened list of around 700 UK care homes (checked against TPS and CTPS) and I need an experienced UK based telemarketer to make cold outbound B2B calls on my behalf. This is cold calling, not warm follow up. The people you call have not heard of us before. Your job is a calm, professional introduction to a low cost, no obligation service (a £195 IT cost review), and booking anyone interested in for a short follow up call with me. Consultative and never pushy, but confident opening a cold conversation and handling a brush off. What I need: 1. UK based, native English speaker with a clear, confident phone manner. I am cold calling British care home managers, so this matters a great deal. 2. Proven cold B2B outbound calling experience, ideally in healthcare, care, or professional services. 3. Comfortable working from a supplied list and script, opening cold, handling objections, logging outcomes, and booking appointments. 4. Happy to start with a small paid trial (a few hours or a small block of calls) before any longer arrangement. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your rate, and whether you charge by the hour, by the day, or per booked appointment. 2. Whether you can start with a small trial rather than a long contract. 3. Your relevant cold calling experience, especially any care sector or IT and technology work. I would like to move quickly, so please include pricing in your first message.
20 days ago14 proposalsRemoteVectorization (Raster to Vector) and Convert to 3D Solid (.stp)
I am looking for someone with experience in Vectorization (Raster to Vector) and Convert to 3D Solid (.stp). Only react if you can do this in a few hours and within the budget. The 2 drawings attached should become 2 seperate .stp files for use of waterjetting. The material we are waterjetting is 3 mm thick and the drawings should be 120 mm wide / diameter Key Requirements for Waterjet Cutting ⚠️ Critical Checkpoints for CNC/Waterjet Geometry: Closed Loops Only: The machine needs to know exactly what is "inside" (scrap) and "outside" (the part). An open path will cause a machine error. Scale: Ensure your vector file is scaled to the exact real-world dimensions (in mm) you want the final pieces to be before exporting to STEP. Lead-ins/Lead-outs: The waterjet pierces the material with a high-pressure blast before moving along the cut line. Your fabricator's CAM software will handle this, but keeping sharp corners perfectly clean in your CAD file helps optimize the entry paths.

Book Marketer for Dystopian Sci-Fi Novel – Strategy + Execution
Hi, I’m Mikhail, I’m looking for a book marketer who can build and [IMPORTANT] execute a promotional strategy for my debut novel. I’m open to any approach that makes sense for the book. What I need is someone who understands the book’s positioning and can recommend the right channels, not just run one playbook. The book is ‘Android Against Moscow’, published on Amazon (Kindle, paperback, hardcover). It’s set in a near-future authoritarian Russia and follows an elderly theatre scholar and his domestic android as they steal classified evidence of state-sponsored historical falsification and try to escape the country. The genre is dystopian science fiction with political themes. Written by a Russian émigré living in Germany. What didn’t work: I previously ran an email outreach campaign that sent roughly 5500 emails to a broad list (poorly targeted?). The open rate was above 40%, but no purchases or reviews followed. Several contacts turned out to be genre mismatches – horror reviewers, psychological thriller bloggers – people who were never going to connect with this book. I don’t want to repeat that approach. What I already have: A published book. Some audiobook chapters. A prologue video on my YouTube channel. Graphics. What I need is someone who knows what to do with all this stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Android-Against-Moscow-T-Woods/dp/B0GYYZFBQ5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh45nAewfjU About the book’s audience: I’m not an expert, but this is probably not mainstream commercial fiction. AI says that the readers who’d love this book are people who read Zamyatin, Orwell, Huxley, Philip K. Dick, Kazuo Ishiguro’s ‘Never Let Me Go’. They care about surveillance, AI consciousness, authoritarianism, and what happens to individuals caught inside political machinery. The marketing needs to find those readers specifically, not cast a wide net and hope. One more thing: the androids are inspired by the game ‘Detroit: Become Human’. I changed the shape of those LEDs, but the Detroit fans will immediately recognise them. But Kara’s story is totally different from Dasha’s. In your proposal, please tell me: What strategy would you recommend for a book with this profile, and why? What channels would you prioritise? Whether you’ve marketed books outside mainstream American commercial fiction, particularly anything with international, European or Russian themes. How you handle reporting and communication. How you structure your pricing. Budget is negotiable. I’d rather invest in a focused strategy that reaches the right readers than pay for volume that reaches no one. I realise that you don’t have time to read all the works. Feel free to ask for a review copy. You may feed it to AI (Claude and Gemini are the most practical helpers in this regard), and I’ll tell you what the machine got right.
11 days ago37 proposalsRemoteHR Manager for Talent Sourcing
My company is expanding quickly and I need an experienced HR Manager who can dedicate most of their time to talent sourcing. You will build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our entry-level and mid-level positions, then guide each successful hire through a smooth onboarding process and handle light HR administration once they are on board. Talent Sourcing Focus • Actively hunt for candidates on leading online job boards, across social-media networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Groups, niche forums), and through vetted recruitment agencies we already work with or ones you recommend. • Keep our ATS organised, tagging, ranking, and moving applicants swiftly through each stage. • Present weekly shortlists with a concise summary of fit, salary expectations, and availability. Onboarding & Administration Once an offer is accepted, you will: • Issue contracts, collect documents, and schedule orientation sessions. • Coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure Day-1 readiness. • Maintain digital personnel files, update policy acknowledgements, and track probation reviews. Success Criteria 1. A minimum of three qualified candidates per open role delivered each week. 2. Time-to-hire for entry-level roles kept under 21 days and mid-level roles under 30 days. 3. Zero onboarding delays caused by missing paperwork or access. If you have a proven record of filling roles quickly through these sourcing channels and can back it up with metrics, let’s talk.
2 days ago19 proposalsRemoteAdministrative Lead Research & Outreach Assistant
We’re a small East London brand studio working with newly-registered UK companies. We need someone to run the top of our outreach funnel: finding the right companies, finding the right person inside them, and preparing outreach that doesn’t read like a template. This is a structured, SOP-driven role — you’ll follow a written process (provided, and thorough) rather than invent one. We’re looking for someone who can work independently from clear instructions and make good judgement calls within them. What you’d do: • Pull newly-registered UK companies from Companies House (daily search, provided criteria) • Find the right contact — LinkedIn, company website, or verified email • Research one genuine, specific detail about each company (60 seconds each) and draft a short personalised opener • Keep a tracker accurate and up to date • Route anything price/scope-related straight to us — you’re never quoting or promising on our behalf What we’re looking for: • Comfortable with structured research — Companies House, LinkedIn, verification tools • Strong attention to detail; accurate entries matter more than fast ones • Clear written English — you’ll be drafting outreach copy, so writing quality matters • Able to follow a detailed SOP independently, without frequent check-ins • UK-based preferred (local knowledge helps with the research) Hours & rate: ~6 hours/week to start, room to grow as the pipeline does. £13–£18/hour depending on experience. Paid weekly, reviewed after the first fortnight. How to apply: tell us about a time you followed a detailed process independently and caught an error or judgement call the instructions hadn’t anticipated. Include your hourly rate. Shortlisted applicants get a short PAID trial (details on request) before anything’s agreed.
8 hours ago14 proposalsRemotePart-time sales/outreach support for a UK period-care brand
CalmKit is a UK brand selling premium first-period kits for girls aged 8–13 (calmkit.shop). I need ongoing part-time support (5–8 hrs/week) focused on retailer and pharmacy outreach: • Emailing and calling independent pharmacies and gift shops with a sale-or-return stocking offer • Following up on leads and managing responses • Keeping a simple tracker of who’s been contacted, replied, or agreed to stock • Occasional light admin: scheduling social posts, basic email list management I’ll provide the pitch materials, retailer list, and messaging — you’ll be doing the outreach, follow-up, and light relationship-building. Sales or outreach experience preferred, ideally in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or similar. Comfortable on the phone and with cold email. Budget: £150/month base + small commission per retailer that agrees to stock (open to discussing structure with the right person).

Short Vid Editor — Suggestive Content (Ongoing / High Volume)
I'm work with a social media content creator looking for a reliable editor to turn their raw footage into polished short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms. Content style: suggestive/glamour — think fashion, lingerie, boudoir-adjacent aesthetics. No nudity. It's flirty and eye-catching but keeps it clothed and platform-safe. If you've edited for fashion, fitness, or lifestyle influencers, this will feel familiar. The work: I supply raw short-form clips (already shot). You edit them into finished 9:16 vertical videos, typically 15–40 seconds. Each edit needs: a strong opening hook (I'll often supply the hook clip and/or text), clean cuts, a tasteful filter/colour pass, on-screen text where needed, and music synced to the pace. Output: 1080×1920, MP4, ready to post. What I'm looking for: Proven short-form editing experience — please share a portfolio of vertical content you've cut. A fast, scroll-stopping style: you understand that the first 3 seconds decide everything. Consistency and reliability at volume — this is ongoing, potentially many videos per week. Organised delivery with clear file naming (I'll provide a simple convention). Nice to have: experience editing for fashion/fitness/lifestyle creators, auto-caption workflows, and the ability to produce multiple distinct cuts from one source file. To apply: send your portfolio (vertical/short-form especially), your rate (per video and/or in bulk), and your typical turnaround. This could be 150+ clips per week. A short paid test edit will be the first step.

Ongoing responsibilities will include creating engaging email campaigns, writing compelling copy, designing professional emails, and managing regular communications such as: New YouTube episode announcements Weekly highlights Blog post updates Company news Automated email sequences Other creative campaigns to keep our audience engaged We're looking for someone with proven experience in email marketing who understands audience segmentation, automation, A/B testing, deliverability, analytics, and campaign optimisation. More importantly, we want someone who can think strategically, bring new ideas to the table, and advise us on industry best practices—not simply execute instructions. When applying, please include: Examples of email campaigns you've created. Evidence of measurable results you've achieved (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, lead generation, revenue growth, etc.). Which email marketing platforms you've used and which you would recommend for our business. A brief overview of how you would approach building our email marketing strategy from scratch. Instead, I'm looking for someone who enjoys helping new businesses grow and can make the most of a modest budget. 5 days ago35 proposalsRemotePhoto Editing: Insert Different Fire Into Marble Surround
Project Description I need a skilled Photoshop professional to create a series of product mock-ups. The project involves blending photos of modern marble fireplace surrounds with photos of new, wide electric fireboxes. Your task is to digitally "install" the electric fire into the centre of the fireplace, replacing the old fire and back panel. To fill the resulting gaps, you will need to generate a custom 4-piece marble frame (slips) that seamlessly blends with the existing stone structure. Asset Breakdown: • Approximately 35 different Marble Fireplace base photos. • Approximately 15 different Electric Fire product photos. • These assets will be mixed and matched to create a total of 60 final modified images. Scope of Work & Technical Requirements • Remove Existing Elements: Completely clone out or remove the old electric fire and the entire existing back panel inside the fireplace opening. • Insert New Product: Place the specific wide electric fire photo perfectly into the dead centre of the opening. • Generate 4 Custom Marble Slips (Infill Panels): Create four separate panels to fill the gaps around the new fire: o 1 x Left vertical slip o 1 x Right vertical slip o 1 x Top horizontal slip (running under the main header) o 1 x Thin bottom slip (resting on the hearth floor) • Texture & Colour Matching: The four new slips must flawlessly match the exact texture, colour, and veining of the specific fireplace being used in that image. • Realistic Finishes: The joints where the new slips meet the original pillars and header must look like crisp, realistic stone seams. Shadows and reflections must be adjusted so the final image looks like a real photograph, not a digital mock-up. Deliverables • 60 high-resolution final images (JPEG/PNG format). • The master layered PSD files for the main templates, should we need to make minor adjustments later. How to Apply Please provide a quote for the total cost of all 60 images, along with an estimated turnaround time. Please include examples of your previous photo manipulation, object removal, or interior design rendering work. The first photo shows the marble surround with old small fire . The second photo shows the new large fire to replace the old small fire. The third photo is an rough example of what the final new photo with new fire should look like .
17 days ago31 proposalsRemoteCan sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. PS: I am on holiday for 2 weeks back on 8th July will respond to people then thanks for your time

HubSpot Mobile Navigation & Page Style Fix
We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS freelancer to fix a mobile navigation issue on our website. At the moment, the burger icon appears on mobile, but when visitors tap it, nothing opens. This means mobile users can’t access the rest of the site properly. We don’t need a redesign at this stage. We simply need the mobile menu to work correctly and show the same links and general styling as the desktop navigation – we are using an old template. We’d also like help tidying up a small number of pages that appear to be using an older template or styling. There are currently two affected pages that we can point you to. The work would involve tracking down any rogue styles, modules or template settings and bringing those pages back in line with the rest of the website. You’ll be working directly in HubSpot CMS, so we need someone confident with the HubSpot drag-and-drop editor, Design Manager, HubL and the file system. It is also Important for my Manager that you are able to meet with us on a Teams call before the booking is made final so that we know who is working on our website and any final questions can be more easily asked. Please include in your quote: Investigation and fix for the mobile burger menu Review and correction of the two affected pages A test/staging version for us to check before anything goes live Publishing the approved changes A short period of support after publishing in case anything breaks or needs adjusting We’re looking for a practical fix rather than a full redesign, so please quote on that basis.
