Part-time sales/outreach support for a UK period-care brand

CalmKit is a UK brand selling premium first-period kits for girls aged 8–13 (calmkit.shop). I need ongoing part-time support (5–8 hrs/week) focused on retailer and pharmacy outreach:
• Emailing and calling independent pharmacies and gift shops with a sale-or-return stocking offer
• Following up on leads and managing responses
• Keeping a simple tracker of who’s been contacted, replied, or agreed to stock
• Occasional light admin: scheduling social posts, basic email list management
I’ll provide the pitch materials, retailer list, and messaging — you’ll be doing the outreach, follow-up, and light relationship-building. Sales or outreach experience preferred, ideally in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or similar. Comfortable on the phone and with cold email.
Budget: £150/month base + small commission per retailer that agrees to stock (open to discussing structure with the right person).
