We purchased multiple links from this freelancer. After a couple of weeks some of the links had been removed completely. They tried to resolve this issue, but they were unable to do so, so we requested a refund for the missing links. We were told this would take 2 weeks to come through. After 3 weeks we were yet to receive the refund so raised a support chat to be told the refund was never issued.
