London Elite Youth is looking for a creative, London-based Social Media & Content Lead to work with us on an ongoing freelance basis. We’re looking for someone who can help us develop a distinctive and recognisable visual identity across our social media channels — combining videography, photography, editing and social-first content creation. This isn’t a traditional social media management role. The biggest part of the role will be being present within our football environment, capturing what happens and turning those moments into high-quality, authentic content. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can: • Attend selected London Elite Youth training sessions, events and programmes across London • Capture high-quality video and photography • Film training, coaching, player development, behind-the-scenes moments and events • Edit content into engaging Reels, short-form videos and other social-first formats • Produce high-quality photography for social media and marketing • Help develop a distinctive and consistent visual style for London Elite Youth • Understand how to capture authentic moments rather than relying on staged content • Contribute creative ideas and identify content opportunities • Help plan and maintain our social media presence • Adapt content appropriately for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Work collaboratively with us on occasional campaigns and additional creative projects Availability Our programme operates across a mixture of: • Weekday daytime sessions • Weekday evening sessions • Weekend sessions and events There could be activity across approximately two weekdays, two evenings and selected weekends, but we are not expecting the freelancer to attend everything. The schedule will be planned flexibly around the content we need to capture, upcoming programmes and the freelancer’s availability. We’re more interested in capturing the right sessions and moments than simply having someone attend a fixed number of hours every week. The Creative Direction One of our biggest priorities is creating something that feels authentic to London Elite Youth. We don’t want our social channels to look like generic, templated sports content. We’re looking for someone who can help establish a bespoke visual and editing style that becomes recognisable as London Elite Youth. We also want to limit the use of generative AI in the creative process. AI may be used selectively for workflow or administrative purposes, but photography, videography, storytelling, editing choices and the overall creative direction should remain human-led, original and authentic to our environment. The Person You might currently be working as a: • Content Creator • Sports Videographer • Photographer / Videographer • Social Content Producer • Digital Content Creator • Freelance Creative Previous football experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your eye, your portfolio and your ideas than your job title. You should: • Have your own professional or high-quality photography/videography equipment • Be confident shooting both photo and video • Have strong editing skills • Understand short-form social content • Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Be able to work independently • Be reliable and comfortable travelling to different London venues • Be proactive rather than waiting to be told what to film • Have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative style The Arrangement We’re looking to establish an ongoing relationship rather than commission one individual video. Our preference is to begin with a paid trial project, followed by an initial 3-month monthly retainer with the right person. If the relationship works well, we’d like this to develop into a longer-term creative partnership. There will also potentially be opportunities to work on additional projects including: • Player stories • Camps and events • Longer-form YouTube content • Interviews • Promotional campaigns • Behind-the-scenes content • Brand films • Other London Elite Youth projects Applying Please send us: 1. Your portfolio/showreel 2. Examples of social-first content you’ve created 3. Examples of photography 4. Your location 5. Equipment you currently use 6. Editing software you use 7. General availability 8. Your usual day/half-day rate 9. Your suggested monthly retainer 10. What you would propose delivering within that retainer Most importantly, we’d like to see your work. If you have ideas about how you would approach the London Elite Youth brand creatively, we’d also love to hear them.

5 days ago6 proposalsRemoteFreelance B2B Telemarketer – Niche Software for Photographers
Type: Freelance / trial basis to start (a few hours per week) Location: Remote Budget: Open – please submit your proposal and rate About the role I've developed specialist software for a very niche B2B market: school and nursery photography. The system works on a shared, multi-tenant model (similar in concept to Shopify) — photographers and studios use it to sell their photos online to parents. There are only a handful of companies worldwide offering software built specifically for this market, and the target list in the UK is small and well-defined (roughly 600–800 photographers and studios, ranging from sole traders to multi-photographer companies). This isn't a mass cold-calling job — it's a focused, relationship-led campaign into a tight, identifiable market. What I'm looking for I need an experienced telemarketer to help book demo meetings with prospective clients (studio owners/decision-makers). You'll be calling from a defined, relatively short list rather than working through huge volumes, so quality of conversation matters more than call count. To start, I'd like to run a small batch of test calls so we can both see how the approach lands and refine the pitch before scaling up. What I'd like included in your proposal Your experience with B2B/SaaS software telemarketing or appointment-setting How you'd approach a niche, low-volume prospect list (vs. high-volume cold calling) Your suggested process: research/warm-up, opening pitch, objection handling, and booking the demo How you'd handle common objections (e.g. "we already use a competitor," "not looking to switch software," or "too busy right now / it's our busy season" — we offer full setup support to make switching low-effort, so overcoming this one matters) Your proposed rate/structure (hourly, per meeting booked, or a fixed fee for an initial test batch) Availability for a short call so I can walk you through the product, its USPs, and likely objections before you start About the product (for context) Built from 20+ years of hands-on experience in the school/nursery photography market Sales performance comparable to one of the leading competitor products Key differentiator: significant time savings — one existing studio is already saving 20% on staff time using the software, alongside a range of additional features competitors don't offer We provide full setup support to get new studios onboarded, which helps overcome the "too busy to switch" objection common during their busy season Ideal candidate Proven experience selling or booking meetings for software/SaaS products, ideally B2B Comfortable handling technical/feature-based objections after a short briefing Organised and comfortable working from a defined prospect list rather than a script-and-dial-fast approach Available for a trial run of a few hours a week to start, with scope to grow if it works well If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch with your relevant experience and how you'd approach this campaign.

We're a deep-tech startup based on Cambridge Heath Road in East London, working on advanced battery recycling. We're looking for a photographer to come to our office for a mixed shoot of technology and materials, plus team photos. We work with battery-grade powders and need someone with close-up/product photography experience, ideally in an industrial, technical, or material-focused setting. Tech photos will include our materials (sheets, fine powders, and liquids), machinery, and a small warehouse-style working space. Our main challenge is that we need the photos to reflect that we’re scaling up, rather than looking lab-scale. As one example, we're thinking powder photographed on top of a barrel rather than in a small jar, or tight close-ups on machinery. Open to your ideas here too. We'd also like a few short (few-second) video clips of the materials, e.g. powder moving in a jar, if that's something you can offer alongside stills. For the team photos, we're a team of 8, and need individual headshots plus a few group shots. We're happy to work with students or photographers building their portfolio, as long as you can show some existing close-up/product work, ideally in a technical setting. Please send a rough quote, either a flat project rate or an hourly rate, plus a separate quote if video is included. Before booking, we'll ask you to confirm you're comfortable signing a short confidentiality agreement (not discussing or disclosing any non-public technical or business details seen or overheard during the shoot) and agree that we own full commercial rights to the final images. You're welcome to use them in your own portfolio, with the exception of any specific images we flag as restricted at the time.

Event videographer + photo, full day in Warwickshire on 6/10
We're running a one day business conference at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire (CV8 2LD) on Tuesday 6 October and need one person on site for the day to handle filming and photography. This is an in-person job, so please only apply if you can travel to the venue with your own kit. It's a straightforward day to shoot. Eight speaker sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, and the speakers are seated, interview style (one may present standing). The sessions are recorded on a 1-2 locked-off camera, so once it's rolling you're free to shoot stills and B-roll around it. The day: Arrive approx 8:00am for empty room and venue B-roll before doors Event runs 9:15am to 3:30pm with a one hour lunch Re-frame the locked-off camera between sessions, keep an eye on levels Photography throughout: speakers, audience, networking, venue, details B-roll through the day for use in a highlight reel and future promotion What we need delivered: Raw video files of all 8 sessions plus all B-roll (file transfer or drive) Separate audio files (see audio note below) Edited photo set, full day coverage Audio matters most on this job. The session recordings are being used as learning material afterwards, so sound must come from the venue PA desk feed or lapel mics on the speakers, not the camera mic. Tell us in your proposal how you'd capture it. Editing is not included in this brief (we're handling the session edits and highlight reel ourselves), but if you offer editing, feel free to quote it as an optional extra. You'll need: your own camera kit (4K preferred), sturdy tripod, audio recorder and lapel mics or the ability to take a PA feed, a stills camera, and public liability insurance. Please include 2 or 3 examples of similar work (conferences, talks, interviews or business events) with your proposal, your plan for audio, and confirm you can be at CV8 2LD for 8am on 6 October. Travel costs should be included in your price.

World in Frame is a growing travel content brand focused on authentic travel, local culture, hidden places, viewpoints, street food, festivals and cinematic travel storytelling. Content is currently published across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I already have the World in Frame branding, logo, banner, photos and video content. I am looking for someone to turn this into a professional website that visually matches the existing brand. Hi I am currently looking for a designer to help create a digital guide for a new business in the education sector, and I wondered if this is something you would be interested in working on. The guide will be approximately 20 pages. All of the written content is already complete and is currently in a Word document. I am looking for someone who can take that content and create the full guide for me in Canva. This would include designing the guide, transferring the written content from my Word document into Canva, formatting it and laying everything out into a polished, finished booklet. I already have the branding in place, including: * Brand colour palette * Logo * Brand fonts * Professional photography * Clear visual direction for the overall style I am looking for something clean, elegant, professional and premium, with plenty of space and a clear, easy-to-read layout. As the business works within early education, it should feel warm and approachable without looking overly childish. I would prefer to avoid generic illustrations, clip art or overly colourful educational graphics. The finished guide would include: * Front cover * Contents page * Approximately 20 pages in total * All written content transferred from my Word document and formatted within the guide * A selection of different but consistent page layouts * Clear headings and text hierarchy * Professional photographs incorporated where appropriate * Page numbers/footer * Consistent branding throughout I would like the finished guide to be created in Canva and fully editable, so that I can make small changes myself afterwards. Ideally, the design and page layouts could also be reused as the basis for future guides. Once I have found the right person to work with, I can share the full Word document, brand assets, professional photographs and my existing website so that you can get a really clear understanding of the brand, overall style and look I would like the guide to follow. At this stage, would you be able to give me an approximate total cost and estimated number of hours you would expect this project to take? If possible, I would also love to see an example of a similar guide, booklet, brochure or multi-page document you have designed previously. Many thanks, Rachel

Startup Accountant & Professional Director / Corporate Services
I am looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy UK accountant with startup and company-formation experience to support the establishment and ongoing financial management of InstaShoot, an early-stage on-demand photography and videography startup. I would like to find someone who can become a long-term financial partner to the business — initially helping establish the correct corporate/accounting structure and subsequently managing our accounts, compliance and financial reporting. Director & PSC Structure Due to restrictions within my current employment contract, I cannot personally hold certain formal company positions. I therefore need someone experienced in UK company structures, professional/nominee director services, beneficial ownership and PSC requirements who can advise on the appropriate lawful structure. I am not simply looking for someone willing to put their name on Companies House. I need a reputable professional who can assess my circumstances, explain the implications and establish a compliant structure. Ideally, you or your firm should also be able to provide professional director/corporate services where appropriate. Ongoing Accounting Support I am looking for support with areas including: * Company formation/restructuring * Companies House compliance * Corporation Tax and annual accounts * Bookkeeping oversight * Management accounts and cash-flow forecasting * VAT and payroll when required * Startup tax planning * Financial modelling * SEIS/EIS knowledge * Share/cap-table support alongside legal advisers * Investor-readiness and fundraising financial preparation Experience working with startups, technology companies, marketplaces or scalable service businesses would be particularly valuable. Fundraising experience is advantageous. Existing relationships with angel investors, accelerators, VCs or startup networks would be a welcome bonus, but investor introductions are not a requirement. Who I’m Looking For You should be: * Professionally qualified/appropriately regulated * Experienced with UK limited companies and startups * Highly trustworthy and commercially minded * Proactive and able to explain complex matters clearly * Interested in developing a long-term relationship with the business Please Answer When Applying 1. What accounting qualifications and professional memberships do you hold? 2. Do you or your firm provide professional/nominee director or corporate services? How does this normally work and what are your fees? 3. How would you structure a situation where a founder cannot personally act as director or hold certain formal company positions because of an employment contract? Please specifically address PSC and beneficial ownership requirements. 4. What experience do you have supporting early-stage startups? 5. Do you have experience with SEIS/EIS, financial modelling, fundraising or investor due diligence? Fees I would initially prefer a fixed-price consultation/setup engagement, followed by an affordable ongoing monthly accounting arrangement with the right professional. Please provide: * Initial setup/consultation fee * Ongoing monthly accounting fee * Separate professional director/corporate-services fees * Qualifications and relevant experience * Location and accountancy practice/firm details UK-based professionals with verifiable credentials and references are strongly preferred. I am looking for integrity, expertise and someone who can grow with the business over the long term.

Website re-design and upgrade
Website Design Brief — Forefront Garden Rooms - (www.forefrontgardenrooms.co.uk) About the business Forefront Garden Rooms designs and builds bespoke, steel-frame modular garden rooms and annexes across the UK. We're a premium provider — our average order value is around £40,000 — and our current website undersells the quality of what we actually deliver. The problem Our existing site (built on Wix) looks and reads like a budget/commodity garden building company, not a premium, bespoke home-improvement brand. We need a rebuild that matches the price point and quality of our product. Goal A site that feels considered, calm, and high-end — closer in spirit to a boutique architecture or interior design studio than a typical "garden building" retailer — while still converting visitors into booked consultations. Tone & visual direction Calm, editorial, premium — think high-end architecture studio or interior design portfolio, not trade/retail Large, high-quality photography and video as the hero of the site — we have real photos/video of finished projects to supply Generous white space; avoid clutter, badges, pop-ups, or anything that reads as "salesy" A considered typography pairing (a distinctive heading font + clean body font) — not default web-safe fonts Muted, natural colour palette (timber, stone, green tones) rather than bright trade-site colours Subtle, smooth motion/scroll interactions that signal craft without being gimmicky Calls to action framed around a consultative process ("Book a Design Consultation" / "Start Your Design") rather than transactional language ("Get a Quote") Structure / pages needed Our current site has roughly the right structure — we're after a visual and tonal upgrade more than a rethink of the information architecture: Home Pricing & Design Finance Why Choose Us Configurator / Design tool (or equivalent "start designing" step) Portfolio (this should be a strong visual showcase — real projects, multiple photos each) Our Process (currently a simple 3-step: consultation call → in-person consultation & design → install in 1-2 weeks) Enquiry / Contact (feeds into our GoHighLevel CRM — happy to discuss integration/embed approach) What we'll supply Real photography and video of completed projects Existing copy/structure as a starting reference (not final — copy can be tightened/rewritten as part of the rebuild if that's part of your offering) Brand assets (logo, any existing brand guidelines) What to include in your proposal Links to 2-3 examples of your past work, ideally for premium/high-consideration-purchase brands (not general small-business sites) Rough timeline and cost Whether ongoing edits/updates after launch are something you offer, and how that's priced
