Event videographer + photo, full day in Warwickshire on 6/10

We're running a one day business conference at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire (CV8 2LD) on Tuesday 6 October and need one person on site for the day to handle filming and photography. This is an in-person job, so please only apply if you can travel to the venue with your own kit.

It's a straightforward day to shoot. Eight speaker sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, and the speakers are seated, interview style (one may present standing). The sessions are recorded on a 1-2 locked-off camera, so once it's rolling you're free to shoot stills and B-roll around it.
The day:

Arrive approx 8:00am for empty room and venue B-roll before doors
Event runs 9:15am to 3:30pm with a one hour lunch
Re-frame the locked-off camera between sessions, keep an eye on levels
Photography throughout: speakers, audience, networking, venue, details
B-roll through the day for use in a highlight reel and future promotion
What we need delivered:

Raw video files of all 8 sessions plus all B-roll (file transfer or drive)
Separate audio files (see audio note below)
Edited photo set, full day coverage
Audio matters most on this job. The session recordings are being used as learning material afterwards, so sound must come from the venue PA desk feed or lapel mics on the speakers, not the camera mic. Tell us in your proposal how you'd capture it.

Editing is not included in this brief (we're handling the session edits and highlight reel ourselves), but if you offer editing, feel free to quote it as an optional extra.

You'll need: your own camera kit (4K preferred), sturdy tripod, audio recorder and lapel mics or the ability to take a PA feed, a stills camera, and public liability insurance.

Please include 2 or 3 examples of similar work (conferences, talks, interviews or business events) with your proposal, your plan for audio, and confirm you can be at CV8 2LD for 8am on 6 October. Travel costs should be included in your price.
